poor shiva got one from Bhairavi
After the frying pan into the fire usko kehte hain

His travails are still not over

And Garudas are minus dimaag

Bhairavi understands Rudra very well

And that's why she emphasizes that she is talking to Garudas about another Garuda

She is aware of the problem faced by shiva

Rudra still thinks with his heart and not his head

The Garudas are together for now, but still not thinking clearly

And still unaware of what nagas are capable of

And still unsure of their own powers and abilities

I guess they need shiva to be able to do that

Nagas on the other hand, seem to have acquired a new respect for the Garudas

They now know what the Garudas are able to withstand

And they, unlike the Garudas have already started making their plans for the Kalash of Amrit

A secret passage to the now famous sector 53

Leela seems to be very naive at times

She is in it to serve her vansh

And seems to have her faith in the mission

But still wants to play fair

Manish today was truly scary as the man who has lost the grip on reality

Though I found the scenes of Rudra shiva a bit too long

But they packed a lot of raw emotion and hence were not easy to enact

As they were certainly not easy to watch

So guruji plans to spend the rest of the day of Mahakumbh digging a tunnel

Under the protection of the evil Vesh brothers

Leela is all set to become the pawn, and possibly the mole to be plotted by Dansh

To find out all about the dil of Garudas - I.e. Apna Rudra

A goodish episode

I wish the Garudas were a little smarter

And Charles and tiwari had something meaningful to say and do

Shiva seems to be getting a lot of pitayi from Bhairavi

Her methods questionable

So I guess we can give the episode 8/10

With a special 9/10 to Manish ji

Arshi thanks for the post. i agree with the marks given to Manishji who performed a schizophrenic very well.

Rest of the episode was not impressive for me.😡 There was darshan of balivesh and Nanu.

Garud are for gaurding the Amrut kumbh which is going to reappear/ visible in Mahakumbh. Historically Nag never got hold of Amrut kumbh which they are going to try now. Except MB non of the other Garud are shown thinking any tactics or strategy. A whack on everyone's head is needed was my opinion after the episode.😛

Watched Thursday & today's episodes at one go... Manish Wadhwa gets a 10/10 from me, considering the toughness of the act. He and SB are a class apart.

There are quite a few things off-putting about MK now...
1. The torture & violence are too in-your-face for me

2. Rudr's been dumbed-down - what with his fit-for-purpose?!! outfit, and his incredible naivete combined with unrelieved pigheadedness, he is now positioned as bahu-type eye-candy more than action-hero

3. Loose writing - the storey is more confusing than intriguing; ... there's no satisfaction in confusion!

The pros are actors and sets and props/visuals but all of that is being laid to waste by #3 above...😡

Great post Arshi, thanks. Agreed Manishji's acting was awesome today.

Shiva has been through so much. Loved MB today. She was the sole Garud who knew what a catastrophe Shiva's blue Garud chinn is. All the rest of the Garuds - Wish they had more brains than emotions. At times its very difficult to accept the good winning over evil just because niyati wanit that way. Why not the concept that only those who help themselves would get the required help to go with it. Am tired of these emotional Garuds who have no idea of the dangers to cross and have not an ounce of pro-activeness.. Guess Rudra really is the weakest link or so it seems as of now.

I agree with you, and a special whack to the writers to have given such inane lines to Charles and tiwari - how difficult is it, knowing the cruelty Dansh is capable of, to figure out that he is also under the influence of poison?

on a lighter note, what a huge mouth our Shiva has (it was quite scary actually). I really expected him to bite Rudra anytime😕. But commendable acting nonetheless. Kudos to Manish Wadhwa

@Arshics the epi belonged to Shiva though the last part was bit intolerable for me. Garuds have a brain now that is not functioning correctly. Their heart is functioning right, but heart is only force, direction has to come from head. So now Garuds have the force but no direction and force without direction is dangerous the way Shiva is behaving.
Ideally as Bhairavi rightly says with the head out of control they have to wary on what they do, else it can create problem.
But Rudra baba is unable to heed that advice and his ego blinds him. Mein Garuda Pramukh knows all. His mein, mein without taking the team along is gonna cost him dear.
Because his actions have no direction, they are just scattered here and there.

Arshi my dear,

As usual, this is pithy, and funny in parts, with a nice ironic flavour. My favourite part is that very neat pun:And Garudas are minus dimaag.

At the risk of sounding like Ms.Grinch, I must confess that I found the Shiva-Rudra scene way too long at 3 1/2 minutes, and monotonous to boot. Yes, Manish's part must have been difficult to do, but once the actor gets the hang of portraying a man in a nightmare, no more than the deep hysterics I have seen on TV. There was no need for subtlety in such a high decibel sequence, and as for Rudra , he was stuck with a ( literally) single expression of confused horror and helplessness.

Where was the need to stretch it beyond a minute? A minute is a long time for such scenes, and if it has been just that long, the impact would have been far greater. As it was, I was reminded of Shahrukh Khan's final, long drawn out death scene in Bhansali's Devdas. I was watching it in The Hague with a largely Indian audience, and one chap commented audibly Yeh mar kyon nahin jaata, aur hum ghar ja sakte the! It was almost like that for me last night.

Moreover, I was expecting every moment that Shiva would suddenly turn violent, which would at least have made some sense, but he went on and on and on with the same terrified ranting. I am a great admirer of Manish Wadhwa, but not for this kind of stuff. I am not personally acquainted, unlike some here, with the behaviour pattterns of schizophrenics, nor am I sure that is what Shiva is, but I am sure of one thing. Like the torture scenes and the hallucination scenes, this is something I am not keen on watching.

I was not surprised that Rudra would not tolerate the standard exorcism techniques for his father, even if it is MB doing it, and seeing that she is convinced it is necessary, a daraar between Rudra and MB seems on the cards. Bas, yahi ek cheez baaki thi,
that the Garud Pramukh should be at loggerheads with the one fellow garud who has both the gyaan and the power to get them where they need to get. If Rudra were to alienate MB, the whole mission would be sunk as thoroughly as the Titanic was.

Even if MB does not abandon him and them - and I am sure she will not - if Rudra will not let her treat Shivanand her way (which does not surprise me, for it looks very harsh, too harsh for a son to take when the patient is his father ) they will be just as badly off as now, for no one else will know how to cure Shiva either.

Arshi, I am already sick and tired of the endless travails of the garuds, who are, as of now, precisely nowhere. I do not know how they are going to be catapulted willy nilly into the last stage of a cohesive, effective rakshak group, but right now it seems like a mrigtrishna, forever receding. And where on earth is Prof.Rao just when he is needed the most??

And what was it with Greyerson's new saathi or boss? He looked like a zombie with blue spects.

The only one who seems to know what he needs to do is Guru Drish, with his plan to tunnel in and possibly thru to Sector 53, so as to be already on the spot when the amrit kalash surfaces. He has become unusually decisive of late, and has relegated Dansh to staying put at Naga Hqrs while he himself plays the star role of the Naga Mole (pun intended!😉).

I think it will be good if the show wraps up as scheduled with 120 episodes. They have not got anywhere much in 77 episodes, so what can one expect but more of such OTT stuff if they get an extension? Better stick to the original idea and let us go in peace!

Yes, at times it looked as it he was having his tonsils examined.😉
