Shruti after reading your reply I am thinking, forget a TV show or Movie, MK should have come as a novel first😛

My request to the MK team will be , for further seasons if we they can bring a novel out first on that story , we can have some realistic expectations from the show. 😳

in every thriller especially movies it is the things that are whispered turn out to be crucial in the end. Movie we don't feel this much frustration because in 2.5 hrs everything is over.
But in a show unfortunately we will have to wait for the script to unfold and then we can connect the things later.

I stopped enjoying MK, so almost stopped watching. Read epi wu you have written.

1. Too too much violence and glorifying it. It is becoming cringe worthy.

2. I HATE HATE HATE Dansh - he is TOO FILMY - somehow his entire character has dragged MK stature down. The sun glasses, blowing hair, hissy smile, his costumes, dialogues - everything about him just too irritating to me. Frankly HE is the reason I have almost stopped watching.

3. Where is the HERO Rudra??? He first listened to Mayimuyi, then Maya, then Dadi and now Bhairavi! Is Rudra EVER going to have a mind of his own or show leadership qualities? He is becoming too much goody shoes.

4. Where has Shiva disappeared to?? Too much of torture & same again same again for Shiva.

5. I am wondering if MK had been just the story of Garudas, Amrut without Rudra's family drama dragged it - would it have been better? What way the story of MK was helped by that entire track?

6. Dadi had started interesting debate but they just killed her off without conclusion.

7. Maybe MK might have been better off being a 60 episode serial without the family drama.

I don't even care about the Amrut anymore if I have to watch Dansh for 15 mins every episode for that!

Great idea. Right now the story is teetering between interesting/intriguing and irritating/confounding. And largely in the latter territory.

yes Seedibaat, but then the parallels are there. Samudra Manthan is clearly there and whatever analysis I am putting here is also to some extent based on that mythology story. Parts of it relate to Harry Potter and parts to Mahabharata. So though may not be completely correct I somehow feel I am nailing it concept wise.
