Good episode. Things are getting better.
I didnt understand how Leela stood without reaction after being slapped. And she listens to him like an obedient student.
I think Leela and her dad are not Nags and have a grudge against Dansh. Or just thinking too much. Earlier when Leela said that Nags don't cheat, Dansh says that he somehow feels she will be the one to betray him. Maybe because she is not a Nag and he doesn't know?
Prof. Rao's entry was very tepid.
Maimui has been watching Katherine and Katherine knows that. So she fell in line. Liked that piece.
And Rudra entering SSP haveli, knocking everyone in the way and getting the book was way too linear and little boring. But got to see Rudra 1.0.2. 1.0 was full of rage. 1.0.2 was rage with some control and purpose.
But there is so much action and that is making the episodes interesting.
Rudra is back in sleeved shirts. Looks awesome. Maya uthegi tho yeh rangeen kapde(but sober colors so far to be fair to him) aur Rudra ki new, improved and suave look ko dekh kar kya kahegi? She might faint or go into coma?
Rudra the character has been riding high since the transformation. Controlled aggression, thoughtfulness, that deep eyes. Super se upar.
PS: Missing Shivanand badly. Poor chap. He is undergoing laser treatment for his Garuda tattoo.

I didn't watch the intial part of the epi. From whatever I watched the highlights yesterday are
- Kat telling Rudra about the book. I especially liked her dialogue " It doesn't matter" when Rudra asks how you know.
- Dansk ka twisted tale to Leela. He intentionally missed out the part of nagas doing the cheating first time by coiling around uchasravis tail so that Kadru can win the bet. Also the fact that Vasuki adorns Lord Mahadeva's neck and is worshipped through ages as one of the Sapta Nagas. He fed Leela partial information to get her in his side.
- Then of course my favourite part. Dhisyum dhisyum Greyson ki pitaayi. Especially the last part where even after telling about the book Rudra beats him and Greyson asks why are you still beating me. Rudra telling for the torture he has given his dad this pitayi is not enough, but he has a larger mission than doing pitayi of Greyson.Greyson was done and dusted. Kya pityai thi 👏👏👏

I liked it very much. After many days, the script turned a corner and it was gripping from start to end... Note to Self - After that supersonic pace, we should be looking forward to today for the slow moves!!😉

Both Rudr and Dansh were very good last night. Unfortunately Siva has been reduced to a prop. Talking of props, several rounds of standing ovation are due to the art direction team of MK. Also the special effects team. The ambience of Siva's underground den, the garud & nag tattoos, the Books 1&2, Dansh's show&tell scrolls yesterday showing the history of the Nag-Garud rivalry, Siva's head-in-the-box, even the monogrammed Naga shoe-soles... it's a long list of beautiful images that have been painstakingly crafted and totally fit the bill!! ⭐️👏

My only crib is the Naga hoodies - really they are more comic than sinister, and they stand out like sore thumbs in the kumbh mela. Not what anybody hatching wicked plans would wear. What were they thinking of??!!😲

p.s. I got a kick out of the way Rudr introduced Bhairavi to Dr Rao. Saathvi garud hai saadhvi..😆
But why did Rao & Bhairavi look so suspicious of each other? Why does Bhairavi now appear on the GPS radar??? I suspect it has capacity issues...😳 Can only show max 6 at one time, so is unable to show Siva...😛

@Happy Bhairavi is showing up now because she has decided to be visible. And Shiva is not showing up because his Garuda China is being removed. Bairavi tells that to Rudra. If the Garuda China is removed then the Garud wont be visible in the GPS radar. I didn't watch Bairavi - Rao face off so not sure. Anyways I know Rao has more than what that meets the eye. Bairavi is a sadhvi and if any such intention is there in Rao Bairavi will know it though she will not reveal it. Again Rao also might have understood this woman alag mitti se bani hai and cannot be fooled easily. So if he has any ulterior motive he will also be wary of Bairiavi.

@seedhibaat Leela being a nag doesn't know the story should not be surprising. Not everyone in a clan or community knows about their roots, their interactions with other communities, why they are behaving in a certain way etc..
The ancestral roots are passed on from one generation to the next through stories. The culture, the rituals of a community is based on their roots. Unfortunately just like Dansk did yesterday to Leela the right information is not passed on and after a certain time a lie becomes the truth as you don't know the real story and based on this lie unnecessary enmities are formed.
Elders have to part right information to the youngsters, but if elders also don't know the right info what will they pass to next generation. The answers will come only if a child is not satisfied, has a thirst for more knowledge does not believe in half truths and feels something is missing. Only if you go searching you will get the right info which is buried deep.
Classic example is the propagation of patriarchy telling about the lines in Manusmriti. People talk about the lines " Pita Rakshati Koumare, Bhartyo Rakshati youvane, Putro Rakshati vardhakye, na sthree Swantharmarhati"
But they never talk about the lines " Yatra naryasthu poojente Ramante Thatra Devate"
And one of the people to whom I have talked about all these have told when these 2 lines are connected instead of the meaning a woman has no right for freedom it can also be interpreted as if the woman is valued as a daughter, as a wife, as a mother she will be so happy that she will not want to disassociate herself from these relations and remain single.
And I found it quite plausible explanation than the one which talks about putting chains to a woman and denying her choices. In a relation in which a woman is valued she will have her choices and will never feel caged. Why in the world woman will deny such a beautiful relation. She of course loves her father, husband and son and needs them too for a fulfilling life.
It is the first twisted interpretation that is causing disharmony as a caged woman will obviously want to cut loose and go on her own

I understand your view on passing information to next generations. Not everyone is aware of the roots.
As far as the show is concerned, Leela is accompanying the Naga clan on this mission . She may not have independence but has her own views. My thought is why she never questions her father about the reason for the mission. It may happen he may not tell her anything. She is completely unaware of the past is a bit surprising.
I dont know Dansh's brain wash may help her in igniting her curiosity towards Garud and eventually the reality.
Convenient ideologies are everywhere. Problem lies with the Preachers/Gurus.

It had been seized by the Nazis from somewhere, maybe from a European collector, along with many other such ancient manuscripts. They used to do that kind of thing all the time; remember Raiders of the Lost Ark? And after WW II, the Secret Society collared all this loot, as Greyerson was telling Balivesh long ago. ?They would naturally have taken it to their headquarters in Poland.

Neat and tidy episode. Its giving some hopes to see quality episodes ahead. 😃
Rudra -Greyerson bollywood style pitayi 👏👏 Greyerson has become a punch bag of MK in this week. Rudra ka Bollywood style Avatar pasand aaya.
Leela-Dansh convo good. Leela badi jaldi maan gayi😊

Nanu-Balivesh -Greyerson good scene & so was Nanu-Balivesh-Rudra.

Bhairavi ke ek nazar ne Katherin ko seedha kiya😳

Everything aligned well except Dr Rao cold entry and Shivanand's hot laser tattoo removal.

Writersaab T mai ko koi kam do varna 'Kide padenge ' dialogue ke alawa kuch nahi bachega unake hisse me.

Dont know how the first book which was recovered in Poland had reached Poland though.

@Seedibaat in Shymaladi's post I have put a reason why Leela doesn't know about it. What if her father knows ( see he is Nag guru, a learnt man and would also know prediction science) that if his daughter knows the truth she might end up betraying the Naga clan. Leela says Naga clan does not betray so he knows what his daughter's fate will be if she betrays in such a clan. It will be dishonorable for her as well as for him.
And he might not have told this to Dansk also fearing his daughter's safety. If Dansk knows Leela has a realistic chance of betraying him, he might not hesitate to kill her. So I will wait to see if the script is bringing forth any such prediction which is known to Nag Guru. Else as Shymaladi pointed out an ordinary Nag Kanya not knowing the story is acceptable, but not the daughter of Nag Guru. It will be a blooper.
And look at the girl also. She is in the battle because she thinks Garuds betrayed Nagas, what if she knows the other side of the story that Nagas mother played dirty with Garud's mother. Will she have the same loyalty. She is a purposeful girl. Unlike Maya who is always in confusion, Leela knows what she is doing, Leela knows she will end up in a abusive relationship but she has to tolerate it because that is the rule of Naga clan.

I agree with Shyamalaji. That is what surprised me, As a Guru kanya its a bit unacceptable she is ignorant of the intentions of Nag towards Garud. Currently Story seems to be moving on track ,so Lets see how things unfold.

Arshi,

The best bit here, to my mind, is "Realignment happened of Greyerson's face also", a neat and very funny crack in your characteristic, tongue in cheek style.😉

I am wondering if the PH should have a separate budget head for Greyerson's medical treatment. 😉At the rate at which he was almost strangled - in a truly scary and utterly fascinating scene - then had his palm burnt for his perfidy, and finally got thoroughly beaten up by Rudra in partial settlement of 24 years of cruelty, he would surely be heading for extinction if it was not for the script needing him till the end!😉

Dansh clearly is a practitioner of the suppressio veri school, even if not of the suggestio falsi one. As Arijit here, and Shruthi on my latest thread, have pointed out, the Dansh versions are not complete and thus misleading, but that is only natural, for why would he present the garuda case to Leela?

Then again, there would surely be many other such instances when the nagas were really cheated and humiliated by the garuds, just like the justified complaints even a very benevolent and fair asura king like Mahabali had against the devas. These two instances have been chosen, methinks, instead of the more cast iron ones, so that they can later be refuted more easily by Rudra!😉

What intrigued me last night was something unexpected.

For the first time, I saw Dansh betray some emotion. There was a kind of hesitant anticipation in his eyes, anticipation and a dawning joy. That was when Leela announced that she would never tolerate injustice and so main naagon ke saath hoon. He looked, for that instant, vulnerable, and hopeful that she was coming around as far as he personally was concerned.

Whence the gentle touch to her face and the tentative question: Yaani tum mere saath ho? In that one instant, Dansh betrayed his innermost desire, the desire for Leela to care for him and support him. A desire that he has rigidly suppressed thus far, fearing that it would be seen as a sign of weakness, and that is something he cannot permit.

When she turns him down, and as he looks at her retreating form, Dansh's face darkens, but the earlier moment cannot be wished away. For all his alpha male arrogance and his obsession with dominating all around him, Naag Pramukh Dansh has an Achilles heel, and its name is Leela. This will surely have major relevance somewhere down the line.
