Yes, the storyline is different and I like the production value with shootings in Poland and Varanasi. Since the show is supposed to be only for 40 episodes, the channel is less likely to interfere and spoil the story for ratings. And hopefully no saas bahu and unlimited melodrama or too much emphasis on regular type of love stories that are prevalent on TV these days.

I liked Seema Biswas's character and her look - especially her wearing sneakers in the shamshan ghat and her way of making money where she knows enough broken English to do good business. Also the child actors were good especially the second one. His eyes were expressive and I liked the final scene between him and Seema's Biswas's character.

Seema Biswas was very good...hoping that the quality of the episodes does not detoriate...keeping my fingers crossed
