The serial made it seem that the Vishwaroop darshan was a climax of sorts and Arjuna got into battle mode just after that. But actually the Vishwaroop darshan takes place some where midway-the 11 chapter.

After that comes the all important Bhakti Yoga, the Purushotama Yoga, the chapter describing the three gunas, etc.

And during the Vishwaroopa Arjuna falls at Krishna's feet, seeking forgiveness because he Arjuna had treated him Krishna as his friend and equal. It would have been nice if the serial had shown this too.

Also, in Vishwaroopa, I don't recall Mahadev being a part of it. Was he?

So in battle, Uttar was killed while being a shield to Yudisthir? He was an elephant warrior who briefly fought Durmukh (one of the Kaurava brothers) and later found himself engaged against Shalya. Shalya hurled a javelin against him, killing him, and then killed his elephant, which was on the rampage @ the death of its master.

Nor was the plot to capture (not kill) Yudisthir hatched under Bheeshma's command. WIll Abhimanyu's death happen under Bheeshma as well? That would be a major defamation of Bheeshma's character

He referred himself as Shankar in 11 Rudras ...😊

About Brahma - I hardly think if there was something related to him.😕

Yep! I pointed out earlier, that there was no plot to capture Yudhisthira during Bheeshma's commandership.

@Bold - Quite possible! 🤢

So, after having watched Day 1 of the ⭐️kshetra war, these are my views -

1. "Capture Yudi" plan hatched under Bhishma himself? Then why give the victory blessing to the Pandavas before the war?? 🤪

Really, is this the same Bhishma who delivered the Vishnu Sahasranamam to Yudi in the Anushasana Parva?

2. Will ALL deaths on the Pandava camp be "glorified" as sacrifices?

Uttar sacrificed himself for protecting Yudi??? So, even the credit of killing Uttar has been taken away from Shalya...
Honestly, I'll get sick of this "mahaan sacrificial" mode after a few days...
Will any of the Kaurava warriors kill in a fair manner or not?

And speaking of "sacrificial mode", in the show, what are the odds that Draupadi herself might volunteer to "sacrifice" her family on the 18th night so as to save the Pandavas from Ashwathama's impending massacre? As such, sakha has ALREADY informed sakhi about the outcome of the war...
Also, completely as per the show, she is the one who prevented the Pandavas from taking sanyaas by opting for polyandry, so this might be yet another opportunity for the CVs to show her in-depth mahaanta in much greater detail...

2. Yudi single-handedly battling multiple soldiers on Day 1, AND holding his own in a 3 v/s 1 gada yudh against DDS??? Like seriously, what was going on there??

If Yudi can fight so well with a gada, Bhim should easily defeat Duryodhan WITHOUT breaking the rules of gada yudh - oh wait, he has to fulfill his pran, so THAT might be given as the "excuse" to go below-the-belt...

3. And, in addition to this "sacrificial mode" of the Pandava warriors, you now have the Kauravas breaking rules of the war on Day 1 itself!!!
Great!! Anything more to glorify the Pandava side??

4. Yudi+army heading off to HP in the midst of the war for god-knows-what
So, the Kurukshetra war has extended beyond Kurukshetra now...again, completely proves the point that this is not the Kurukshetra war, but the ⭐️kshetra war 🤔

5. Why is nobody on the Pandava camp talking about Yudi facing a 3 v/s 1 gada yudh?? Completely as per what got shown, Day 1 belonged to the Kauravas because they broke rules of war, and one of the warriors of the Pandava camp had to sacrifice his life for protecting Yudi.
So, the use of Shikhandi by the Pandavas gets the full whitewash treatment now!!

Disclaimer - My views are ENTIRELY regarding what got shown by SP MB as part of Day 1 of the Kurukshetra war, and should be completely treated as such.
I have no intention of disrespecting any of the characters from the epic (and I hope my views don't get misinterpreted).
Any complaints about my views should be directed to the show, not me 😆

P.S. - Day 1 of the war and its aftermath lasted for three-and-a-half episodes. If each day of the war is shown for the same length, then the war itself might go on till August...

at this rate by end of next week duryodhana will be dead...

koi brake lagao pls...

btw arjun, nakul and karna r my favs...I mean the actors...

Sure they missed a lot of happenings- Arjuna's visit to heaven, the war with the Gandharvas, Bhima's fetching flower for Draupadi. 😡The encounter with the Yaksha had taken place at the end of vanvaas rather than in the beginning. They completed the 13 years of vanvaas in much less than 13 days. The most tragic mishap is the Virat Yudh.🤢
Neverthless though I still do not understand why, I love the show. Maybe bcoz its so innocent and everyone in the story is so innocent.😳 And I would be really hurt if Duryodhan died and the serial came to an end in just a week.😭
