I believe in one of the far east interpretations (Cambodian probably) Arjun actually has some intuition that Karna is his brother, I guess after Karna meets Bhishma. They just decide to follow their duty. Probably CVs might take this interpretation you never know

now if they do take that then there something I would like to say "more study more confusion ", hence it would have been better if they have not gone through so "extensive research "

I read the Sanskrit version where the word used is "Bandhaka".

The extreme translation that I could find is "Courtesan", whether that equals 'wh**re' is open to interpretation.

ok that is what I heard too.. the common meaning seems to be 'one of loose character, immoral, bad conduct'.. I think ppl go by BRC where the word 'vaisya' was used?
