No we don't hide behind telling karna was a flawed man .. but there he had his revenge .. the very woman humiliated him in open swamvaar for his CASTE .. and anyway when a woman is already sold in gambling by his own husband n his five husbands doing nothing but keeping mum how can u blame a person who is already wronged by that woman ..

n who did the 2nd comment .. He was called Sutaputra before karna called her W. so the woman in question had no REASON to insult him but the man in question has his reason i.e. REVENGE

ANYWAY it was KARNA whom we see to repent for his act not Draupadi's husbands who bet her

One thing that gets me is that Karna admirers bash Yudhisthir for gambling Draupadi, but they choose to ignore that Karna had taunted Draupadi, calling her a wh**e, and ordered Duryodhan to have her stripped. I have never justified this act of Yudhisthir, and I am no Yudhisthir fan either. I have mentioned in many posts that out of the Pandavas, Bhima is my favorite. My claim is that if Yudhisthir is blamed for gambling his wife, Karna should also be blamed for ordering her to be molested, but you Karna admirers are so biased towards him you don't care about this. You say things like he deserves 10 slaps or, that was not right, but you continue to admire and love him. No one here admirers Yudhisthir for what he did.

Let me ask you one thing. If in the news today, you hear that a man of lower caste molested a woman because she called him names, would you love and respect him also for going through so much difficulty in life?

The part I highlighted is so obviously biased towards Karna that it's laughable. Of course, it's alright to call a woman a wh**e and order her to be stripped, because her husband had already committed the bigger sin of gambling her. 🤪 Had Karna been truly noble, he would have protected her against Duryodhan and told him not to take his anger out on a woman. Had Karna done that, I'd have respected him far more than any of the Pandavas.

So let me ask you this. If in the news we hear about molesters and rapists who committed horrible crimes against women, should people still admire them for their other qualities, despite their sins? It's beside me how someone can admire someone who has committed such a horrible crime.

Let people believe what they want, Arijit. Vyasa is also a respected author of puranas so Skanda Purana is definitely a valid source to believe if people want to.

Btw, wasn't Bhagwat Purana also written by Vyasa? Now I'm confused. 😕

if a lower caste man molests a woman who rejects the man to assign some duty because of his caste first thing i will do is get that man arrested and having him complete his term of punishment without any delay and then give that woman a scolding for being castiest and then will make sure she won't give priority on caste over talent when talent is required
