BTW Patrarekha- does "life partner" in your question mean only marriage- or some one with whom you would want to spend your life with- not necessarily as a spouse ?

no life partner means your life is dedicated to whom and except whom you won't spend lif with anyone else , not necessarily you have to marry but without him or her you won't share your life with anyone else
