RK-Dips-Madhu ka Break-up

Finally I hope..we will have the much needed break up between the three regarding seeing them together in same quarters. RK quarters was getting to be habitated by RK and his two women...one a 4-phera Biwi and other Ex-mehbooba. All three hinged together.

Today too in the ending scene..Madhu the wife was walking away from the room, RK the husband was at the threshold of the room and Dipali inside the quarters, just like the time when RK brought Biwi to his quarters when Dipali wanted to spend the night with him in his room, adorning it with all candles, right under the nose of her husband Sikky, who still was inhabiting RK mansion.

  • Only RK was clear that who gets to stay in his quarters. He asked his Biwi to stay there and he always used to ask Dipali to get out.
  • But Shameless Dipali always used to barge in anytime of the day or night...even when husband and wife were in bed on their first day. Even Patranis or concubines have their own rooms. But never I could believe my eyes that this woman gets away by coming into his room...and shameless she and the inmates of RK...no one wonders or asks what the Bhabhi has to do in the Dewar's room.
  • And Madhu the wife when not in love, would just let her aadha adhoora pati to have all conversations with this woman, she would wear her saree when she knew her husband would not like her wearing his ex-flame's saree and she wouldn't even remove that saree when RK asks her to. And when later she fell in love with her husband, even then she was telling RK to treat Dipali with respect and not shoo her away.
Dipali was the worst character and track introduced by CVs to create drama. Seema Mishra must have impressed people with her acting, but her character to the story was plain disgusting and an unfathomable CLUNK to the Story. Because she rendered Rishabh Kundra the socially married person to an almost NAKAARA Napunsak, who couldn't keep the woman away from his quarters. She also rendered Madhu, the wife in love/devotion letting the woman roam around in their quarters freely as if none of it bothers her. Can any woman believe this ? I mean simple question is Ek Mayaan mein Do Talwaaren Kaisi ? Why Madhu would never understand this ?

No matter, how much interesting drama Dipali must have generated, but all of it was PLAIN CLUNK.

CVs,
Please do register this feedback on permanent basis in your book and you RETIRE DIPALI. We don't need a character that just is clunky device. Treat this as a disapprobation for turning a husband and wife into Napunsaks at having been unable to stop her barging into their quarters any time. No amount of RK insecurities and Madhu innocence will actually allow me to overlook the fundamental CLUNK present in the story through Dipali. At real, I don't know how many husbands and wives could tolerate this drama.

Itna kya, let me warn you...since you are a mother...your children also may want to test you and you may not even know about it. My sister tested my parents if they love her or not 😆 😆...very silly and strange test it was. We were stunned at the revelation and just open mouthed...but you accept with it like Khatte meethi demands. Because there is a logic + emotion ka tadka in it. That just tells us that the other person can become that much weaker, agar pyar nahin mila... ya phir our expression of love is being not understood properly. .it becomes a lesson for both the parties. There is outrage at being tested, but there is also sympathy for the other that he is so weak as to test. One side of our self-esteem will want to be angry, the other side of our character will invoke our empathy and we will be compassionate to other's insecurities.

thank you for the beautiful explanation Shri 👏 for me, the idea of "testing" is still wrong if i look frm Madhu's POV bec. she never gave him a reason to doubt..and then he broke her trust by doing so...nyways, the case wud be similar if it was RK's idea n not Dips..it's his lack of judgement that he went ahead with Dips challenge..if he acted on her words then it's his fault...it was his weakness tht he felt the need to test his love...Dips was so right tht she didn't do anything...HE was desperate to prove Dips wrong and Madhu right (tht way he did trust her ke she won't fail...many times, fear of failure holds us back, he wud have lost her forever but he went ahead with it ) , he wanted to fail his destiny...i already said he didn't take Madhu's feelings into account , he went terribly wrong there...

however, contrary to everybody's views, i liked RK thanking Dips for the idea...if this scene happened a month back when they confessed, and Madhu left RK in a huff, it wud have caused irrepairable damage to their relation...this process made their love strong enuf to be affected by Dips in future... they discovered each other hence building a strong foundation of love & their future...what they gained outweighed what they lost...he will eventually win her trust back bec. he can't afford to lose her now...like he said , mere apno mein aaj Madhu sabse top par hai..😎 is HE worthy of Madhu's trust now? he will be..i'm confident..😊

@Shri, somehow the mood in the forum is always negative...i hardly go through them..extreme reactions😕 i'm glad i found this thread otherwise i won't be on MB forum😛

Shri,

@Main Forum - The main forum is either over zealous or overtly gloomy. There is no such thing as happy medium and hence I rarely visit the main forum and if I do take time to visit then I make it a point not to make a post or post any responses to existing ones. I stick to our ED thread and thankful to you for starting this thread where we are free to express our opinions about the episode without having to take sides of the leads like the folks in the main forum do where they call it bashing if someone expresses their opinion. For instance, some one had a post about how Pallavi Purohit playing Madhu's mom looks way too young to be playing her mom and she does look young in her pictures taken outside of the sets of MB. Boy! you should have seen people slam the TM with such harsh and hideous responses. I for one felt so bad for the TM because all he/she did was to just express his/her opinion. The show has just started to pick up speed and they are already talking about show ending in a year in May as they seem to be rushing and there is nothing much to add to the storyline with any new tracks other than the heroine track left to explore. So much negativity and murky posts in the main forum really does ruin one's mood. Doesn't it? Ugh!!!

Coming to the article about DD skipping VD's wedding, it was utter rubbish. You know these so called journalists who write these ridiculous articles should first examine themselves before putting out an article like that. What does it say about the media and the so called journalists practices? Don't they all have to adhere to ethical and moral standards/practices? I guess not. They probably have very lax rules in India as opposed to here where they can get slapped with defamation lawsuits. Both DD and VD were voted best jodi of 2012 and they both thanked and appreciated each other for their coordination and cooperation. If they really are not in good terms would they be saying that and that too while feeding cake to each other on their jodi's success. He has a reason to be off and how can she also take off when the show just recently seemed to have gained popularity and TRPs. The CVs definitely need her to shoulder the show as they cannot do anything if both of them decide to take off at the same time. She did not even take off on her birthday, so what right do these people have to bash her or any actor for that matter when it involves their personal lives and reputation that is on the line.

I think, I am dumb emotionally some times but I have had a challenge understanding why testing in love is a bad thing or why what prompted the test should matter?
The fact remains that Madhu herself asked for a test of love which ended up in Rk to propose. The fact remains that Madhu knows that RK has been hurt emotionally several times so he is bound to have trust issues and other emotional baggage. The fact remain Rk has gone out of his way to protect her/her family and indulge her and he just stated that she passed the test with flying colors. Fact remains that Madhu should be aware by now that Dipali is a troublemaker and liar not to mention she wants to break Rishbala apart.
In my mind the only hurtful pieces in the whole scenario are
1)Test implies that RK has been holding a piece of himself back and had retained the capability to walk away if he wanted to while Madhu was a complete goner.
2)RK is not healed completely yet and this implies that he can quickly fall back to distrusting/testing Madhu at the prompting of a third party
3)It is hard for Madhu to discern where the test ended and truth began. Was there any truth in anything RK did or said or felt? Does he feel anything for her or not?

super like for ur post my friend 👏 thank u..

prolly we'll get the answers on monday...once he forgives Radha, the healing process will be complete..Dips will be taken care of in future (i hope so ) n this time it should be Madhu taking charge and dun let her enter in their room and their life ever again...warning bahut ho gayi, it's time for action...also, she should confront RK abt Dips...where did the test begin and end, RK is the best one to answer tht but i feel there was 100% truth in whatever he said or did...he will leave everything behind for her...he did fix up his and her relations , just to make her happy...

Soundarya, i don't know if am right in having understood what you meant by this statement...

According to me, Rishabh fell in love with Dipali and now the Rishabh inside RK hates her for betraying him... But it's RK who likes Dipali's intelligence and wit.. By bajaoing Dipali, it gives pleasure to both RK and the Rishabh inside RK. Rishabh takes out his khunnas or hatred through RK who loves to play with her... Hope I have made sense and conveyed what I wanted to say properly...

Zoya - This is going to be one rambling post😊. Agree with the above, want to add my thoughts to Yesterday, i went back five years to the prequel, before RK became RK, before Madhu happened to RK. Imagine RK in those days, arrogant, talented, intelligent (creative artists are arrogant in their own talent, they don't necessarily need success to become arrogant)...a rebel without a cause,(or so we're meant to think for now, I still feel there's more to explore) imagine his relationship with Radha, Kukku, Sikky, what a life at home.
iMagine a much younger RK and Dipali, both strugglers in the film industry...that struggle itself is one strong bond, then they fell in love. Whether Dipali was in love is suspect, but RK was in love, or so he thought. What does he get attracted to...intelligent banter, good looks, he gets turned on by a takkar ki ladki, which Dipali is, and must have been even then.
By virtue of being in a relationship, Dipali knows RK and Rishabh, very well, and she must have constantly played one against the other even 5 years ago. And RK must have revelled in it, maybe we can attribute it to his age, when you're young, there's always a certain image you want to portray to your peers, and RK must have been fun to play.
In reality, while Dipali is attracted to RK, she does'nt respect Rishabh the softie. Which is why she ditches him. Even today, she is always taunting Rishabh. She miscalculated, married Sikky. Rishabh closes himself to hurt, and becomes RK in full strenght.

Did I make sense??? This is me making up my own prequel story😆

Am continuing my meandering post, before i forget what I have to say, so pls bear with me😉

Besides this is about Madhubala.

If he was in love with Dipali, how could he fall in love with madhu?? Total opposite in nature, innocent, compassionate, strong willed, artless at times, a little less intelligent?? Not really, she is less exposed, less a woman of the world because of her background, pampered and protected...why, because remember her father tried to kill her. She was willing to discontinue her studies and settle down with Mukund. If one thinks of her story, she just took on the role of the good daughter. If we see Trishna now, we can imagine the scenario at home, Trishna always storming off saying noone loves me, and everyone trying to manao her, incl Madhu.

her intelligence is of a different kind...she is extremely perceptive when she wants to be. And quite strong when she wants to be. Rememeber she tells RK- mood ke hisaab se, situation ke hisaab se, she can be whatever she wants to be. And she is also very open about it. She is quite happy otherwise in her own happy world.

RK-Rishabh for her are one and the same, you cannot love one without accepting the other. In fact, I was imagining her love confession along the same lines as RK, explaining to him why she loves Rishabh and why she loves RK...with instances...would have been beautiful no??

She loves RK, raps him sharply when he acts smart, and loves Rishabh, gives in to him, comforts him, supports him when he needs it. Which is what is needed in any relationship, complete acceptance of the person with his kinks, chinks, idiosyncracies.

It is for RK now to accept himself as RK/Rishabh and move on in life with someone who understands both the worlds he inhabits.

This is sort of unrelated and presumptious, but jaya bachchan in all interviews addresses Amitabh Bachchan as Amit. Who else would dare to do that with the legend, the superstar except his wife?? Who else has the right, except his parents, siblings?
