Thanks and its so beautifully put. Yes, RK does not want to fail in love for a fourth time. Usski maa bhi usskio apni nahiin ho saki, so the extent of damage inside him is so understandable.For him, Madhubala is that one last ray of hope... and if he wants to be sure that usske saath phir se dhokhaa nahiin hogaa, toh uskaa mann samjhaa ja sakta hai.

RK's fears will get better of him and his doubts will hurt Madhu as she does not need to prove him about her love.

A time will come when Madhu will give up on RK if he keeps doubting her and hope this does not happen.

He will only realize when Madhu will be in trouble thanks to Ballu. Then he might let go off his fears and accept Madhu.

While devil's advocate scares Madhubala for life that she will be cursed to a lifetime of hell ( Trishna) , the devil's advocate slaps RK where it hurts the most - his ruined heart and his destiny ( Deepali). While MB is haunted by the thought that she may lose RK to something unknown, RK is haunted by the very thought of an action replay of what has happened to him all his life.

Trishna and Deepali have raked up what will keep MRK always unhappy , yet always in love. Abb ye hua na mohabbat waala junoon?

And what RK said in the precap - "Main ek paagal, aur tum mujhse bhi badi paagal.'

Sacch hi hai. Madhubala RK se badi paagal na hogi , to hamesha iss sankee se pyaar kaise karegi?

And as i buzz off, i will like to quote a dialogue from an old TV show 'Kkusum'.

Its quite funny you know. RK Madhubala ka test ek baar legaa, lekin Madhubala zindagi bhar wahee question paper answer karti rahegi.
