Omg!that song was the limit, poore romance ki vaat laga di, but the scene was very comedy, even rk madhu couldnt stop laughing, they were adorable.

What's the significance of this song? I get the meaning and all that, but I read to fanfics too where r k uses this song. Has this song been used before in the serial?

No, i dont think this song has been used before in the serial, it was just for fun in the serial, where they both were about to dance romantically and this song just interrupted their romantic mood, it was such a song that they couldnt dance at all and they both burst into laughter.
