Infact Major Vaibhavi Sharma herself told Akrithi that they will have to cut a her hand near the wound so that the poison comes out of the blood.

do not worry. vidya knew all the procedures. but it was vaibhavi sharma who ordered vidya and akriti to make an incision to to remove the poison. vidya just followed it. and gunny and abhi don't know abt it and never gave them a chance to tell. when they reach the academy they will tell major sharma abt what vidya did but major sharma will support vidya and will tell them that she was carrying out the major's orders. phir se abhi aur gunny ka pachka hoga. and vidya will be allowed to stay in the academy. sameera ofcourse will be saved due to presence of mind of vidya akriti and poorvi and rummy.
here again dj's want to show that even girls can handle tought situations. it is a good thing that the girl cadets r being shown as strong and smart like the boys which was not so in season 1. both naina and pooja characters were shown to be battling with their own personal mission.
