they reached the house in 15 mins..however they were met by the same eerie silence as previously...

naina cud hear her own heart beat..no..not again she thought..

the little company cautiously..slowly enterd the house..
they opened the front door..and..

"NOO!!!!!NO!!NO!!!"..

naina walked up to the table and kicked it...then she sat down wid a thump her back agnst the pillar...

"no!!...not agn!!!"

yes it was indded the scene that had met them quite a few times but this was one of the worse ones...

the whole family of the lanlords had been shot dead..point blank!!

naina cudnt take it anymore ..
she was silent all the way back...her mind numb..

it had always been the same ..
evry time they had been near to findin rajvver..they recieved such information ..they wud land up at the place to see the tenents either shot or thr family of the landlors dead..but no sign of rajveer... !

for the past days they had been coming back with the consolationt that rajveer was in punjab..and he was alive...
but now this ordeal was taking its toll on naina...

somehow each time the group of the militants reached the spot..and then...innocent lives were lost...and they returned empty handed...

the jeep cam to a halt..naina ran out...
she dint speak to anyone..and ran straight past pooja and ali..

the cold water was making naina numb but ...it also hid her tears...

naina stood Under the Shower in the bathroom...the water pouring down on her in full force...

slowly her hands moved up her sides..she hugged herself tight...the pain was unbearable..evry single time..they had been so close..

SHE had been soo clse to findind raj and..

"AHGHH!!!!!!".

.she let out a cry..naina hugged herself tighter..she fell to the wet floor..still embracing herself...

wud she never see him again..was it all in vain...??

naina got a grip on herself..and after about two anxious minutes she said..

naina had been muffling her crys with her pillow all this time..so that her friends dint hear it..though they knew she must have wept ..
they dint know of the unknown pain in her..

to them it was guilt that was eating naina..but only naina knew of this unexplained wrenchin feeling wich had made her cry to sleep...

she walked past pooja and went up to the terrace...
the cold winds and the solitude helped calm her nerves a little...

she cud finally breathe properly...

They had just a minute's luck as they drove over the sharp bend first and they used it to the fullest

Naina ..abhimanyu huda and aalekh had hid in the woods along the road.. they were now temporarily buried under a heap of dry leaves

The moment they felt the other jeep leave ..abimanyu picked up his wireless..

it was time for yudi to get into action on the other side as he heard abhimanyu's msg..

"the lion's pride has nearly reached the kill at 472E
but the hyenas have sensed the lion's moves..

the gazelle awaits the pride.. the hyenas follow us..
the lion king needs the rest of the pride.. the warriors have to brandish their claws..

we need to protect our kill.. the gazelle needs us!!
