Kranti Redkar, the contender from Mumbai for STAR Pravah's Maharashtrache Nach Baliye is a well known name in the Marathi as well as the Hindi entertainment industry. Passionate about theatre, Kranti started her career with acclaimed Marathi play 'Tu Tu Mee Mee'. Theatre still remains an integral part of Kranti's professional life. She has worked in a number of English, Marathi and Hindi plays like Funny Thing Called Love, Mera Naam Joker, All the best and Teri Bhi Chup Meri Bhi Chup.

With Marathi films like Jatra, Maza Naura Tujhi Baiko, Nana Mama, Soon Asaawi Ashi, Saptapadi, Ghartya Sathi Sare Kahi', 'Gau Tasa Changla, Sakkha Sawatra, Kranti has left an indelible mark as an actor.

She has also been a part of the star cast of successful Hindi films like 'Gangaajal' starring Ajay Devgan as well as U, Bomsi and me, an English venture. This Mumbaichi Mulgi insists on taking time off her busy schedule to make Mumbai proud by bagging Maharshtrache Nach Baliye.
