Did Trump Just Remove ALL SANCTIONS on India ? (Doubtful news)
Tahera at the time of his committing his offence he was not considered a juvenile as then the age limit was 16 years and he was considered an adult at 17 years. Hammie has mentioned in her prologue that due to his tender age he was initially sent to an age appropriate remand centre and then shifted to other appropriate centres. later the actual trial conducted and finally sentenced for 7years. So im assuming there was a time lapse of three years between the crime and trial and eventual appeals.Originally posted by: tahera57
hain i thought 7 yrs milay thay and 6 months pehlay release hogaya.
10 yrs for a crime with not a 100% certainty😡 and that to a juvenile. na reason i wanted clarified was i was thinking he would b about 23yrs and then get into dongiri but he's already a mature man so he can't now so expect him to do something decent now. there goes my don Dutta. ab kiya karay ga. more predictions from ur side please till next ud.

You will be surprised that thousands of convicts languish in prison for years before the trial commence and many have served more than what they are sentenced ultimately.
Yeah, Supreme Court has set a precedent (ruling) some years back that every single day of the accused in custody will be deducted from the sentenced term. Even then many trials take months to years for just the trial to kickoff. Its a sad case of criminal justice system which is overburdened.Originally posted by: tahera57
oh ok bharti , that explains it then. thanks for clarifying, it's same as pakistan then😒. as far as i know here they deduct the time already spent in custody.
Finally the new Ff sets rolling.. and for sometime It was a difficult task to veer my mind off painful rapture. The first half i was only looking for something which reminded me of PR.. umm missing it, not easy to let go 😉
But you have surpassed all my expectations. Its a great start. The prologue has set the story backdrop in motion and there is no looking back..
The opening line amused me but doesnt surprise me one bit, your obsession with his chest hair continues, arey kuch aur baat karsakte ki nahi, chati ke balon mein hi ulajti rahegi hahahaa, Now Rose,s doubts are confirmed N she will be having a hearty laugh 😆
So Dutta, served a sentence set to be released, yet he displays a stoic resolve, no trace of emotiion. He is like the post FR dutta of LTL. As always we get a perfect pic of his surroundings, his facial expressions, the concern in the warden,s face n talk all beautifully written, the highlight of your writing. The meeting with prison warden shows that dutta has been a well behaved inmate and has it in him to lead a life free from crime, hopefully. But im sure its a tall order in real world for an exconvict. His mental condition seems suspect as there is suppressed anger a resignation a hatred towards his biological parents, hmm..
Baji is a ray of hope. His smile and light banter to cheer up his friend lifts us from the gloom and the dull dreary dutta. The journey back home throws light onto his pre sentence life, his brush with romance. Seema too has scarred his adoloscent years, double blow. Hahahaa baji has been his shadow but even spying on his pvt moments? ediut. Gosh! Dutta's indifference at the mention of AS is worrying.
I expected some joy on his face reaching home but everything soon evaporated. His humble home, their not so comfortable life is a grim reminder to him that freedom means nothing much. Even Roops helping financially, thats a welcome change. But its painful to see a strained mother son relation.
Wow the suspense of naku is revealed and she is neither the daughter of a don nor a psychologist nor a maid nor anything that was being speculated.. Tai tai phissh forum nakushaaa! lol Actually hammie stumped all. Brilliant! she,s a social worker a reformer and specally deals with exconvicts. But why is she in the dark avatar? have to wait to know, atleast she,s not a timid chit of a girl to be dominated. But khadoos dutta ko tikhane lagayegi naku madam apni bhashan se... no man not again, meri ayi kehti hai n all lol
Haaiinn ?? The meeting of DN didnt take too long. Dutta rescuing naku from an unpleasant the so common everyday street hazards women endure Sic! sic! But you did wel to incorporate the stark realities Hammie. The memories of the delhi incident comes to haunt me and i cannot express with words the revulsion i feel. Im reminded of it every time i step out of my house, the tv, the newspapers is full of it, a grim reminder.
Naku is lucky that duji were at the spot. Shes a smart lass as wel, refuses his help further. And its a welcome reminder n im sure there are men like dutta who will see she reaches home safe.
Hammie, must commend your start keeping in mind how difficult it must have been weaning away from PR, when i as a reader found it tuff.. and you didnt have much of a breather lol.. A big thumbs up ! Thanx for all that you do..
