Eklavya and Bhumi are bro and sis because they're the children of Ansh. Eklavya is the son of Ansh and Shradha while Bhumi is the daughte of Ansh and Nandini. Manthan and Bhumi are bro and sis because Manthan is Karan and Tanya's biological son and whil Bhumi isnt their biological daughter, she's been brought up be the two of them i.e. Karan and Tanya, and therefore she IS their daughter too.
As far as the Ansh mystery is concerned, I'm not really sure. 😕 😳

eklavya is anches son and boohmi is anchis and nandanis daughter so bhoomi and eklavyaa are brother and sister and since nandani and karan were huband wife and anch died karan made bhoomi his daughter and then manthan was born and taanya was his mother and she was married to karan boohmi and manthan also became brother and sister and anch was killed by his mother tulsi. after he died they found out he had another wife so they went looking for her and when they found her she had cancer then she died leaving eklavyaa behind. tulsi brought eklavyaa home saying that he is a child of this house then damini adopted eklavyaa
