Ok..Raj is trying to take revenge from Tulsi because she pretty much destroyed him and ruined his plans when he first came in their lives to get Harsh. No Raj is not related to the Viranis at all! He raped Tulsi "sister" Kesar and Harsh is the result of that rape. Abhir is not Bhumi's uncle.If you go by biological relations then Harsh is actually Kesar's son and biologically, she has nothing to do with Tulsi. If you go legally then, first of all, there is no legal proof that Abhir is indeed Raj's son, so end of story.

Ansh raped Nandini and Bhumi is the result of that rape. Nandini slipped in coma shortly after giving birth to Bhumi, and that's why Tanya had to raise her. She married Karan but then Nandini came back from coma. But she killed Gujral and went in jail again and from there onwards, she left Karan's life. Currently, she's shown as Aseem's wife and that is the reason why Bhumi hates her because Nandini's first priority is Aseem, not Bhumi. Currently, Nandini lives in Mumbai(?).
