ABir is not blood related to BOOMI at all, becaue he has no virani blood, or TULSIS blood,

Boomi is related to HARSH though, because Harsh has Tulsis blood in relation Harsh is tulsi's nephew, BUT HARSH IS NOT A VIRANI REALLY, Boomi is ANSHs daughter so she has tulsi's blood.
