So many people forget that the show rose to fame when no veteran actress was onscreen, showing people what experience and expectations can do when combined.
Their competition were comparatively newer girls. But the first time they started facing heat in the form of true competition after establishing themselves, their whole team started dancing like cats on a hot tin roof. I bet had it been Saakshi or Shweta who got strong roles in good shows the results would’ve been just the same. It was just their luck that they had to go against the Supreme amongst the OGs. They felt that the initial dismal ratings were enough to celebrate but forgot, nostalgia is a pretty strong thing backed by 2 OG lead actors who can actually act, have chemistry and do so without ridiculous dance sequences included in every single episode and without OTT acting that involves yelling, screaming and shouting always while blaming everyone else and playing victim.

You are way right, the screenshot rupali shared, was so below standard! She could have just not reacted, then we all know, how people are chucked out of the show, if they are in her bad books, I feel other actors were instructed to make those random comments.. I liked rupali in sarabhai, but her true personality is quite insecure and her acting in anupama is cringe worthy!

I have seen someone joking somewhere that the person who cast her as Simran in Sanjeevani caught her true essence
Yeah! Rupali had ruined simran... simran was a good character when the previous actress was playing her!
