I don't think Anuj will be back. Gaurav and DKP ( Rajan shahi and Rupali) just mention the character from time to time to get clout and online fans attention. DKP has history of erasing characters . If RS brings back Anuj with Gaurav it will be big blow to his ego . The man who couldn't even show some sympathy to cancer stricken Hina and openly makes snide remarks against Harshad who is the biggest actor of ITV will not concede defeat against Gaurav.
