it is not fulyl same
at kks time jatin was dead here dhruv is alive
at kks time brij married renuka cause he wanted money or whtever here there is some problem cause of which rahul married her
at kks time no one knew tht renuka is negative here kk knows
and renuka had come abck to get su back but neeti wanted to destroy kk

thats why they do gen leaps, to show history repeating itself. how children of characters we know so well fare in the real world, whether they follow their parents footsteps
