Abhi's lie started this show. He misunderstood Pragya and lied to her and dadi about why he was marrying her. He lied to dadi Pragya was pregnant to keep her in mm. But since Tanu baby lie started his lies decreased.
Here's how I see what happened at the sangeet. I feel for someone to say or do something, it depends on how much they knew about what's going on. There were 4 people involved in this:
Aliya had the most info because she staged this.
Purab quickly guessed what was going on because he knows his challenge with Aliya and about the warehouse kidnapping, etc. He said that himself that he agreed to the lie because he saw taaliya smile.
Pragya knew what happened at the warehouse. She didn't link Aliya to this kidnapping. She does not know about Pu and Aliya's stupid challenge.
Abhi sees P and Pu pictures. He knows he likes Pragya a lot. He knows Purab is his friend. He does not know about Aliya. He does not know Pragya is his wife. He does not know about Pragya's kidnapping and Purab saving. He does not know about Pu and Aliya's challenge.
I feel Abhi and Pragya got caught in this stupid challenge between Aliya and Purab.
Now after all this, Purab feels confident about his lie.
Pragya got the explanation from Purab and she's fine with this.
Aliya is suspecting Purab is upto something.
But Abhi is left with his friend confirming the lie. No honest explanations from anyone, no memory of who Pragya is in his life. I'd say Abhi may not know what to feel because there are too many things going on here. With what he knows, I feel his confusion and other feelings are justified.
