I skipped that episode because it was so heartbreaking!

I barely get the chance to comment on anything in this forum nowadays..but Tiaaa your drabble compelled me to amend that..

If you have watched the Kangana Ranaut movie - 'Queen', then there is this song there which goes by the name of 'Raanjha'..and this particular Pragya scene Always reminds me of that poignant, soul-stirring, heart-wrenching lyrics of the song!!

And for this one scene I can overlook and forego all the stupid little silly mistakes she has done or the sandcastles in the air she has built!! Because she might not be acquainted with that fact but she was shattered into pieces on her wedding night itself..and I have tremendous respect for Pragya as a character for the sheer emotional strength she has within herself..it's like - you can break her all you want, but she will pick herself up and make herself whole again!!

And your drabble is like this little slice of life..I so wish something like that would happen in actuality on the show. Pragya being nonchalant and telling him that it really doesn't matter anymore!! Brilliant job Tiaa

And Hi Oiny, thank you for stopping by. As sad it is, I like how this scene was done, very effective.. I just hope that when it comes to a two-sided relationship, they both will deal with this night-
Her with resentment and him with guilt to begin with.
I haven't seen Raanjha song or the movie Queen (want to, hopefully will soon), but I had really wished Pragya leff this marriage that night at least the next morning when she figured how it wasn't a marriage- but I have given up on that thought more or less...

ABHI AND HIS VOICE-7

A: Hi

V: Hey! What's up? Why do you look so upset?

A: You wanna know? Read this letter.

V: Ooo! Why did you make me read this? It's for you. It's a "love" letter.

A: How can this be for me?

V: It has your name on it!

A: I know, but I am talking about the content.

V: Now that I have read it... So, your wife loves you.

A: That's the thing! How on FRICKIN earth can she love me?

V: Why, does she need to pay to love you?

A: Don't you get it? She can't be in love with me.

V: I don't get it. Care to explain?

A: I married her to hate her. I hated her. I have an affair. Let alone being a husband, I have been my worst with her.

V: So?

A: How can she love me? She should be hating me. That's what I imagined all this while.

V: Love doesn't work like that.

A: It works like that only. Imagine I do something that Tannu does not like. Even if it is unknowingly, do you know how much she gets upset with me? And this Fuggy, she loves me while I was on a mission to destroy her life?

V: Love is not about hate. Love is not about grudges. It's all about giving and forgiving. Love is found within one's self. It's born within one's heart irrespective of what the other person thinks of you. Whether you hate her or love her, she will love you. And you can't control that.

A: That just kills me. That's not fair.

V: Well, nothing is fair in love and war.

this series is so startlingly deep ufff. i wonder where it will lead...one episode at a time, further into the void. only abhi's heart ultimately can't be a void, so when the voice gets him to wherever he needs to be...well. we'll see.
