ROCKSTAR DAD

-Pragya has given birth just two months ago to a junior rockstar. She has stayed in her mother's house ever since the baby because Sarla Maa wanted to care for her in her home.

-Between Sarla Maa, Rockstar Daadi and frequently visiting Abhi's Daadi, the new mother Pragya is taken care of, to the maximum, so much so that she is not allowed to do anything other than essential baby requirements.

-Abhi visits his junior and wife every day too, tries to have some quality time with his son, but the junior is too busy to pay attention to dad either in sleep or feeding.

-Pragya often complains to Abhi that she is not allowed to get out of the house since the older ladies worry more than required for her health. And she is supposed to stay house arrested for another month!

-Abhi comes up with a plan to take his wife out for a day and using his charms, convinces his mother in law to allow him to take his wife and son out for a concert in a nearby city.

-Abhi somehow avoids Sarla Maa going along using some crazy excuses only he can come up with.

-Once Abhi and Pragya reach Pune, Abhi gets ready for the concert. Pragya feeds the baby and puts him to sleep. Abhi tells Pragya he will be back from the concert soon and he and her will have a quality time later that night and with their son for the whole next day.

-Abhi's manager calls to say his concert is delayed for 15 mins due to fan hoopla.

-Pragya asks Abhi if she could take bath before he leaves since she wouldn't want to leave the baby crying alone when she is bathing.

-Abhi agrees happily to baby sit his son.

-Once Pragya locks herself in the bathroom Abhi can't hold his excitement that he finally has some father-son time, although sad that the little one is sleeping.

-He sits by the crib and starts making faces at his son, trying to get his attention.

-The little one wakes up looks at his dad with his big bright eyes. Starts to move around his tiny arms and feet. Abhi has his own little one sided chat with his son.

-And suddenly without warning, junior rockstar start to sing.. errr.. scream in a high pitch. Abhi is shocked but remembers Pragya telling him one thing- babies cry only when they need sleep, food or a diaper change.

-Sleep-he just woke up, food-Pragya just breastfed him, so it must be the diapers, figures Abhi. Keeps asking the little one to stay quiet and desperately finds the diapers and wipes.

-As he opens the junior's rockstar's diapers, Abhi finds that it's soiled. He hurriedly takes out the dirty diaper and the junior cries at the highest possible note, with some tears too in his eyes, now. Abhi gets all worried.

-Abhi picks up his son carefully and starts to rock him. But the junior does not seem to like his father's hold and continues to cry.

-Abhi walks around, trying to calm the little one, he does not want him to cry and nor does he want to let Pragya know he can't even calm his son. So he desperately tries to soothe him, even singing his happy love song. Nothing helps.

-That's when Pragya comes out of the shower and she sees the horror in front of her eyes.

-She can literally follow yellow spots on the carpet all over the room, and a trail of yellow from Abhi's while shirt down to his trousers and the baby's clothes all yellow.. and the echoing baby cries and Abhi's desperate songs.

-Pragya has no idea what she should do first, calm the baby, clean the baby, ask her husband to be calm and clean himself or clean the yellow stains.

-Oh My God! She says and grabs her son from Abhi's arms.. takes him to the bathroom and washes him. Abhi is running behind her in anxiety.

-Finally when Pragya changes the baby into fresh clothes and diapers he is calm and happy again. She starts to feed him again and the little one goes to sleep. Abhi watches in awe.

-Go clean yourself- instructs Pragya and that's when he realizes his concert costumes are unusable for now. He changes into a fresh pair of clothes and hears Pragya saying-one has to sing lullaby to soothe babies, not chartbusters!

Abhi feels crestfallen that he can't even care for his son for 10 minutes. But as he leaves for his concert, he determines not to accept defeat with a 2 month old!

ABHI AND HIS VOICE 4

A: I am confused.

V: Why, what happened?

A: Can you answer my questions?

V: Ask, I will try.

A: What is a wife?

V: A woman you are married to.

A: And what is a girlfriend?

V: A female friend with whom you have romantic relationships.

A: Can a girlfriend make a wife?

V: Depends, if the girlfriend is ready to put up with you more or less 24/7 in your good and bad moods, understands you and supports you when life throws its worst at you... yes, a girlfriend can be a wife.

A: Like Fuggy does?

V: Right!

A: Fuggy IS my wife.

V: I think so too.

A: And Fuggy understands me, cheers me up when I am in a bad mood, helps me out when I am in a problem.

V: Right.

A: Fuggy also loves my Daadi like I do, and even likes to have roadside chai..

V: Really? That's nice.

A: Unlike Tannu...

V: Oh Well...

A: See that's the problem. I love Tannu, right? And Tannu loves me.

V: You think so..?

A: That's what I thought. But Fuggy does so much for me although she does not love me and I don't love her.

V: Hmm...

A: See, this is why I am confused.
