Loved loved how he knew something was wrong...how he hated bb calling him abhi and not juju...sarla Ma's indifference! He needs to make it up to them big time! So glad he could donate the blood (again a typical ek twist so kudos to that) and purab and Aakash knowing that he loves her!❤️

And it's so cute that you've got him wanting to be friends with Her even if they do decide to get divorced...tearing the divorce contract and sitting at the hospital...uuff!

That twist at the end! Why??? I don't want her to think that...but it's good in a way. I hope this goes towards them becoming friends(which is my fav kind of story) and then liking each other and hope you'll give us the standard ek scene where suresh pretends and pragya remembers at the last moment that it's abhi she loves and everything that's happened(sometimes the journey is better than the destination so hope I've not blurted out your storyline to everyone...sorry if I have. Let me know and I'll remove the end of my comment! )

Heylo ppl! I was off the radar for a bit! firstly A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR to all you lovely people here! And because its 2015, and because I read this story on the forum one more time, I felt like completing it! Hence the update..I promise, I will try updating regularly from now on! Chapter 4

Abhi was out for a shoot after a week now. Pragya had succumbed to the minor injuries and could sit up and with the help of the nurse, walk a little now. Daadi had seen how attentive Abhi was towards Pragya, so she didn't stop him from going for the shoot - it must be important thought daadi, else Abhi wouldn't leave Pragya's side.

There was one more person anxiously waiting for this moment. She stealthily crept into her room. Pragya saw her and smiled a little. It was Abhi's sister Aaliya - ever since the accident Pragya thought, she and her friend that super model, they interacted with her the least. She wasn't sure how her equation was with her nanad, so she forced upon herself a courteous smile.

Aaliya smiled her venomous sweetest in response. Then she casually went and sat next to Pragya and started making small talk about her health, the weather, Abhi's shoot, her latest splurges etc. Talking to Aaliya was fun, she was a carefree happy go lucky and slightly spoilt and hugely adored member of the house she figured. She somehow reminded her of BB, and soon Pragya was laughing with her at her jokes and gossips. One thing led to another, and suddenly Pragya found herself hearing Aaliya's confession regarding why she hadn't visited her in so many days. She told Pragya that even though they (Aaliya and Pragya) were closer than sisters, she didn't come to see her in the hospital because she couldn't see her bhabi in that state, and when she found out that Pragya had lost her memory and thinks she is engaged to Suresh, she couldn't see her out of guilt.

Suresh's mention rose Pragya's curiosity. How was Suresh related to all this she enquired - the opening Aaliya was looking for all this while.

Aaliya - Bhabi I was told not to share all this with you, I don't know if I should say this, but since you are the sister I never had, I will tell you the truth. Bhabi please don't tell bhai but, he will kill me for this. Bhabi as you remember you were engaged to Suresh? Well from much before your engagement, daadi had liked Suresh and chosen him for me. She had seen how righteous a person he is and how he stood by Rachna and how respectful he was towards women - daadi thought he was perfect for me, but on taking it forward we learnt he was engaged to you. Daadi was heartbroken but she didn't accept defeat, she wanted to marry me to Suresh anyhow, so she met him and made a deal - if he broke his engagement with you and married me, she will ensure that she will convince Rachna into accepting Aakash and get them married. Bhabi, you know how close Suresh is to his sister, he couldn't reject this. Hence he broke the engagement with you. But daadi was kind, she couldn't see you heart broken too, seeing how wonderful a woman you are, so she convinced you to get engaged to my bhai. But as fate had it, after your and bhai's - and - Suresh and my engagement - on the day of both our wedding, daadi was supposed to announce Rachna and Aakash's wedding, but after your pheras were over with bhai, Suresh saw that daadi couldn't manage to convince Rachna - out of guilt of forcing his sister and leaving you, Suresh walked out of the marriage leaving me behind - that is how it happened - so now you know why bhai didn't want you to know? He didn't want to stress you - and as for me, I was the cause of your heart break once, I didn't want to go back to the same situation of the past and face you, hence I avoided you bhabi - I am so sorry.

Pragya stared at Aaliya as the horror of the story unfolded before her. Daadi - the only person she trusted from the very first - she was the cause of all her misery? Pragya choked on the very thought it self. She asked Aaliya about her (Pragya's) equation with Suresh post her wedding. To this Aaliya replied that since Pragya never knew about daadi's interaction with Suresh until now, she has always hated Suresh the most - saying this Aaliya faked a crocodiles tear and ran out of her room. She had achieved the impossible. She had managed to convince that bhejni - now she will soon guide her into taking the decision of leaving her bhai alone - what would Tanu have to say to this she wondered gleefully.

When daadi came to drink tea with Pragya in the evening, she kept staring at her, her kind eyes, gentle voice, somehow she just couldn't believe her daadi could be upto something so ruthless. But Aaliya was also so nice and friendly and sensitive, she couldn't ignore her either and mostly Suresh? He was suffering her wrath for a mistake he never made - she had to visit him!

Abhi was returning from his shoot, but his mind was carefully planning somethimg. No he couldn't be intimate with chashmish, she had forgotten he hadn't - the true state of their marriage, he couldn't take advantage of the time.

Advantage thought Abhi to himself, jeez he was just trying to help chashmish into believing this was a real wedding, he wasn't looking for advantages! Then he started fine tuning his plan, he would go to the room, find chashmish lying on the bed, he would slowly advance towards her but he will make sure he made some noise on the way, so that Pragya opens her eyes just in time to see him close to her, he would act let off' since Pragya saw him, then he will gently touch her cheeks and also he will set his phone alarm in such a way that it rings right then - it will be simple then, he will have to act annoyed and walk ahead to take the call and then pretend through out the evening that he is busy! Pragya would see his move, and be convinced all was well between them. He silently congratulated himself for the plan. Wow Abhi, once a rockstar always a rockstar he cooed to himself!

Abhi entered the room to see the bed empty, he quickly scanned the place to find chashmish in the verandah, sleeping on the couch - She was back to her trademarked couch, that had served her as bed for the entire duration of their marriage - he smiled a little, even in amnesia she found her way there. But something about her caught his attention, the slightly luminous clear pale skin, the fragile body that looked weaker than what he could ever imagine, sleeping soundly on the couch, he suspected the exhaustion of walking from the bedroom to the veranda must have used her up. He gently walked to her and bent down on his knees, he brought his face closer to hers, he examined her face, the bruise from the right corner of her lip still remained if one looked closely, the area was still slightly bluish, the deep red mark on the neck where the glass stuck through, the faint lines of the stitches on her head, so many imperfections, yet so perfect. He gently glided his finger over the stitches on her temple, she woke up suddenly at his touch and stared at him wide eyed. Suddenly Abhi came back in his senses, yet he didn't move away. Any moment now he thought, the alarm will ring and he will take his hands back, but his fingers seemed to be following orders of their own, they were now busy tracing her cheeks in a longing passionate way. Then the alarm rang, and to his own disgrace he found it disturbing.

Abhi POV - That's it rockstar time to retreat! Job done

But Abhi came closer to her, his hand now gently gliding down her back, as Pragya flinched at both the sudden touch and the continuous alarm. But Abhi paid no heed to these, he was busier with this sensation of desire and the dilemma in his mind.

Abhi POV - That's it, why the hell are you groping her waist! ABHI! Leave her!

Abhi gently picked her up from the couch in the veranda and brought her inside and lay her in the bed.

Abhi POV - That's it ABhi, or you will be in severe trouble, back off!

Abhi sat down on the bed next to her and looked at her soft full and slightly bruised lips, he bent closer, and at the same time shut the blasted alarm and his other hand.

But Pragya flung back and the only sentence that escaped her was "Suresh...I want to meet him, can you take me? Please?"

Abhi was still for a moment right there with eyes shut. He slowly got up and walked out of the room. Pragya bit her lip in remorse, she didn't mean to ask about it then, but she didn't know how to stop Abhi otherwise. As guilt consumed Pragya, Abhi drove out of the house to grab some drinks.

Abhi needed this lone time to understand why he reacted the way he did, why did he not have self restraint, but what irritated him more was Pragya's demand - if she was so much in love with Suresh, then how did she fall in love with him? What was the right thing to do? Let her go to her Suresh or stop her? Abhi kept reminding himself that chashmish wasn't doing this on purpose, she really had forgotten Suresh after marrying him - true she was found guilty in the MMS scandal, but ever since that night in the hospital, something inside him had changed. He felt like believing chashmish was innocent. Her doting affection and arousing curiosity about Suresh was frustrating him, but he knew he couldn't lose his temper on her - but why was he annoyed? Even if she did go to visit Suresh - this time even daadi wouldn't mind as she knows the problem - then why was he agitated. Why did he feel stabbed when Pragya longed for Suresh - a horrifying thought came to his mind - did he make Pragya suffer the same way by visiting Tanu when she so dearly loved him? Abhi felt numb. A second thought came to his mind - well Pragya suffered because she loved him, why was he suffering? Does he...no! Noway!

Abhi decided to confront Suresh once and find out what Pragya's and Suresh's real story was - why they called of their engagement and then decide if chashmish should be knowing all this - he had thought about his move the whole night and couldn't decide what to do, then he realized, whatever faade he was putting up before chashmish now, was solely for her health, hence he would do what would be the best for her health - he wanted to hear their story to ensure if it was safe enough to tell Pragya the cause of her heart break - physically frail as she was, he didn't want her to be emotionally weak too. That would slow down her recovery speed.

Next morning, Abhi drove down to Suresh's quite early. He was hoping to catch him before he left for college. Though later he figured it was a Saturday, Suresh would be home all day. When Suresh opened his door and faced Abhi, Abhi's first instinct was to beat him again - this time his anger catalyst wasn't the MMS (that was still there in the back of his mind though), it was chashmish's undying love for him.

Suresh was stumped for a second. Then he gave an exasperated sigh expecting more MMS gibberish from Abhi. So, when Abhi enquired about the past without once bringing up the MMS topic, he was quite taken aback.

While driving home from Suresh's, Abhi found him clenching his fist on the steering many times. The truth had shattered him - he couldn't imagine it coming out before chashmish. But that was not all that broke him - with the truth that Suresh loves BB, came out the other truth - obviously the MMS scandal was fake - if chashmish knew Suresh loved BB, they would never be that close. As he thought of all the unceremonious things he had brought upon chashmish before throwing her out of his house, a very strong remorse took over - and to think Suresh loved BB? How hurt chashmish must have been to learn that thought Abhi - finding out the love of ones' life loves one's younger sibling - can there be a grief that is greater?

Abhi decided chashmish shouldn't be told about this - the shock was too big for her - it could cause her health to deteriorate.

When he reached home, daasi was sitting with Pragya and they were taking jovially. Abhi walked in and requested daasi to excuse them for a bit, as he needed to discuss something urgent with Pragya. Daasi left a surprised Pragya staring at Abhi - she understood that the night before's incident didn't go down well with Abhi - she infact had planned to apologize even - but Abhi never came back to her room that night - and now all of a sudden?

Pragya - Abhi, before you tell me anything, I just wanted to say that I am sorry about last night -------

Abhi - Never mind that chashmish, I just came to tell you that I will not be able to take you or even allow anyone to take you to Suresh.

Pragya - Why?

Abhi POV - Does she sound hurt? Does he still matter so much? Gosh! Stop it Abhi, she remembers nothing, its natural. But what excuse should I give her? Something that will stop her from even trying...something like..aha..

Abhi - Chashmish it's daadi. She doesn't want you to visit anyone outside family - as yet.

Pragya was stupefied. Daadi? She really was so shrewd? Even now she doesn't want her to meet Suresh, when her intention is to just apologize? However something didn't feel right to Pragya - something was amiss - there was more to Abhi, Daadi, Suresh and even Aaliya - she had to find out.
