They are first cousins....Aditya's father was either the elder or younger brother of Ranbir's father. Ayan's dad, Siddharth is Aditya's younger brother.

cuz let see if ranbir n aditiya r brothers then their repected partes are chacha chachi or taya tai... in this case it shows that ranbir's dad is elder then aditiya's dad so thati's why he was calling ranbir's mom chachi...

ya wasima aditya and ranbir are cousins......... 😉
