it was raining heavily..wind was howling! ashu got out from kgh and ran towards the parking lot...it was again a very hectic day for him...but the cool breeze which was hitting his face was enough to get rid of the tiredness and the rain drop was enough to change his mood! it was raining so heavily that it's really very difficult to open his eyes to get the glimps of the darkness of a rainy night! but as people says the best things in life r the unseen, that's why we close our eyes when we kiss,cry and dream! but may b those people never experienced this feelings of raindrops falling on the face, cool breeze kissing on the cheeks nd touching the body with closed eyes! but the bigest reality of life is all this beautiful moments of life can never last very long!
just like the days which he lived with his beloved parents! he used to enjoy such rainy days with his parents...as a only child of his parents-he was always their first priority! but that day...the car accident made him all alone...ending those special moments of his life! now these raindrops remembered him those moments which was lost with the passage of time!
ashu blow of those thoughts nd got into the car,pressed the start button with a trembling hand! he was shevering with cold...so he thought to light up a ciggerate...but with that raindrops all his things got wet! there was not much traffic as it remains on usual days due to this destructive yet beautiful shape of nature...so he reached a shop nd rushed to the shop for a packet of cigerate without caring the heavy drops of rain..within few minutes and with few more drops of water he returned to his car!
he was letting the smoke to go and dissolve in the water drops falling from the skythrough the glass...suddenly his eyes got stuck to rear-view mirror of his car..the lights of the vehicles coming from the opposite direction were making everything look bright and the moment they were crossing hin=m everything was dissolving in the darkness of the night...it was just like seeing a dream with open eyes!
suddenly he saw a woman trying to wipe off her wait hairs from her face with one hand, while holding a umbrella in other one! the wind was blowing so hard that both her umbrella nd hair were finding difficult to stay at proper place...she was really beautiful..her face was so bright nd her smile was innocent! she had an endaring personality! the lightening on the sky nd the headlights of the vehicles coming from the opposite direction were enough to give him glimpse even though there was darkness everywhere...her face could b compared to moonlight falling on the white pearl in the black ocean...he was just looking at the most beautiful face he had ever seen!!!
it was hard to ignore but he was about reaching home than falling in love with a person whose name even he didn't know! he was always a man known very strict nd introvert! he avoided all relations as he afraid of loosing them again! but falling in love isn't in ur hand all time...it just happened...just like that! still sometimes it is hard for a man to go against what heart is saying nd to listen mind,so he preferred to see her face for few more minutes!he knew that she was not the moon that comes every evening nd he was not even sure when would it rain again so that he would get a chance to experience how it feels to see when the beauty of a women beats the beauty of a nature! few minutes earlier he was experiencing a dream but now it had turned into a beautiful dream!
after few minutes of strugle d umbrella which was dancing with the wind slipped out of her hand!after seeing that the first thought that came to his mind was to run nd hold her umbrella with her so that she could realise there was a person who could b her strength in this journey of life! but then he thought it would b better if he asked her for a lift!
he took the car in reverse for few meters .she noticed him coming towards her but pretends as if she didn't!
ashu asked her if he could drop her somewhere! even though she knew it's already late, with not a single taxi on d road; she preferred to remain silent!may b there was a doubt goinig through her mind nd it was obvious! they never meet before 'they never knew their name;so it was really dificult for a girl to decide whether believe that person or not !
ashu could read her face that moment so he told'what r u thinking?i'm not going to rape u! i just want to help u seeing u alone!
she started laughing listening to this. ashu couldn't get why she was laughing..so he said---no do not think that i can't! it just i do not want to do so!
by listening this she preferred to remain silent! so he continued---aj apko shayaad yaha koi taxi na mile!agar apko lagta hain k main ap par koi ehsaan kar raha hoon to ap mujhe koi taxi driver samajh lijiye! aur mujhe pay kar dijiyega! fair deai! now get in!
...ok! it's fair enough!'she replied with a smiling face nd got into the car!
...but i would b really happy if u will not pay for it!
she smiled nd liked to look outside through glass! both were silent for sometime nd then ashu broke that!
...emmm! mujhe lagta hain mujhe apke address chahiye hoga apko ghar drop karne kliye!

next one hour while driving, they kept on chatting with eachother! it was feeling as if they both knew eachother sinch a long time! nidhi had the ability to make the other person smile out of nothing! ashu didn,t know when he told her about his life which he always tried to hide! he told her that he was adopted...though this truth he forgot himself! he didn't care about if he was looking stupid, while sharing those funny instances of life with her..he was just happy seeing her smile nd wiping off her hairs from her face; so that either she could see him or he could get a glimps of her beautiful face!
ashu stopped the car ...suddenly the silence nd the sound of those raindrops hitting his car's bonnet hard...made him realize that now he had to wake up from the dream...he was experiencing in the real world with open eyes!!
before nidhi got down from the car to walk towards her place; she said 'thank u" with the most beautiful smile!
ashu got a feeling as if she wanted to tell lot more than these two words! but she didn't! might b she was expecting him to speak...but he once again failed to express him! he just said--- it was a pleasure to meeting u, nidhi!
nidhi turned to go in the rain...her foot steps didn't allow her to make a hurry...she once again turned to ashu...nd there he was looking at her!!
she came back to his car nd knocked at d glass nd ashu opened it hurriedly!

ashu opened the car door nd got out...stood in front of nidhi with a slight smile in his face...looking adoringly at her in the rain!
nidhi's cheeks turned red at his continuous glare...she was feeling very much shy for her boldness though she was not feeling scared!!
seeing him silent she told---it's ok if u don't want to give me ur number! i won't mind!!

nidhi looked at ashu ...looked surprised! ashu started to laugh loudly in that dreamy rainy night...making her many more surprised!
nidhi turned back nd tried to run from there...when he held her wrist tight!!
she didn't turn back...didn't even try to make her wrist free from his hold...suddenly she realised her eyes were getting moistured with her own tears...though those tear drops couldn't b seen for the tears of the sky!!
Ashu slowly crossed the distance between them...still holding her hand...lowerd her mouth to her ear...nd whispered--- nidhi! aj barish me bhigne k baad mere tabiyat bhi shayaad bigar jaye! shayaad thand lag jaye! to kuna hum aj raat hamara haal dekhe aur kal ak coffe shop me mile! garam coffe se thand bhi chali jayegi aur..agar koi aur problem ho wo bhi solve kar lenge!
this time she turned to him...giving the swetest smile she nodded her head...nd ran from there!
ashu shouted from behind---royal cofee shop! kal 6.00 baje! main intezar karunga!
that night was indeed the most beautiful night for both of them!
the next day came to ashu like a bless! the whole night he only thought about nidhi...her talk...her smile! the one meeting made a magic over him...he just wished the time passed quickly...nd he would b able to meet with her! he cursed to himself that why he refused to take the number...he was dying to hear her voice once again!
but he wanted to give her time...time for thinking about him...both of them were in a trance in the last night...nd the magic of rain increased that! nd what happened last night happens in a hurry! may b she felt wrong after that...may b she won't want to meet him again!
he was getting mad with anticipation!...the enthusiasm of meeting her once again made him restless!
at last the most awited time came...ashu reached there in the cofee shop with a bunch of blood red roses! first time in life he was meeting with a girl alone...he was feeling nervous...but there was also a strange kind of happiness in his heart!
the waiter came to him to take order...but he told him to come later as he was waiting for someone!!
one hour passed...two hour passed! but there was no sign of her coming! ashu feeling restless nd terribly helpless! once again his dream was remain a dream! she wouldn't come...nd that thought tore him from inside! he hold the rose bunch tightly in his hand palm nd the thrones pierce his hand...few drops of his red blood came out but may b his heart was bleed more than that at that time!

ashu was very busy in the hospital! there was three complicated surgery one after another...he just came from the ot nd retired his body in his chair when the nurse came hurriedly---sir! ak accident ka case aaya hain! ap jaldi aaiye!
so he ran behind her...he saw a middle aged male on the bed...bleeding profusely from his head! he was groaning in pain but tried to get up! ashu hold him nd started his treatment!
...doctor sahab! mujhe jaldi se jana hain! pls!
...kaha jana hain apko? itna khun beh raha hain aur apko kaam ki fikr hai?
ashu shouted as he was feeling very disgusted with his conduct!
...doc. sahab! meri patni beemar hain! wo Alzheimer's patient hain! mujhe usse jaldi milna hain!
...alzheimars patient? kabse?
...pisle 10 ssaloon se!
...10 saloon se! wo to apko pehchanti bhi nehi hogi! to itna jaldi ku hain apko?

the last statement of the man remember him about nidhi once again...one year had passed after that night...but after that day he never crossed that road again...he tried to forget all...but still she came sometime with her cute smile in his dream!
after one long year ashu came again on that road...where he met with her in a dreamy rainy day...and what a coincidents that it was again a rainy day just like that!
"Halfway home, the sky goes from dark gray to almost black and a loud thunder snap accompanies the first few raindrops that fall. Heavy, warm, big drops, they drench him in seconds, like an overturned bucket from the sky dumping just on his head. he reach his hands up and out, as if that can stop his getting wetter, and open his mouth, trying to swallow the downpour, till it finally hits him how funny it is, his trying to stop the rain.!!
ashu closed his eyes...dreamt that dream once again! then suddenly felt the touch of a hand in his back! he opened his eyes..nd turned back...nd what met his eyes made him mesmerized once again!
there was standing nidhi in front of him with that smile once again in the rain...both were silent...tried to gather word but failed to say anything! then she broke the unwanted silence!
...main sirf ak din nehi aapayi thi...issliye apne ak saal saja dia mujhe!
Rain crashing down, thick drops pounding like his heart as he look at her. she was beautiful, more beautiful than the storm around them. his eyes have caught her and he couldn't bring himself to look away. they smile, captivated by each others presence. Never had a moment been so perfect, never had two lovers shared such an amazing scene. they get closer, and adrenaline starts pumping, thunder roars in tune with the beating of their hearts. they embrace each other, wet from head to toe, yet neither of them mind at all. Nothing matters at that moment, nothing except them. The clouds thicken and the sky grows dark, flashes of lightning shine against her pretty face. they both shared tears of joy as they close the distance, the tears impossible to see amongst the rain, but they know they were there. ashu could feel her breath as they get near, the warmth of her face, and the rumbles of the thunder. they kiss, as the lightning cracks and the thunder rolls, with rain running over their lips. The greatest moment of their lives, their love had never been stronger. If only it could never end, he want it to last forever. After the kiss they realize what they already knew, she was the one for him, and he was the one for her. No one else can make him feel like this, he want to have her every day. ashu tell her--you want me forever, but, that's not long enough. We will be together after our time here has ended, in a place where we can experience this every day. I promise its true, I promise to stay' just give me, one more kiss in the rain.

nidhi was standing at the window...in her bridal dress...waiting for her bridegroom!! she was looking heavenly beautiful in that red lahenga...with matching jwelery! it was raining heavily outside...wind was howling making her shiver in cold! just like the day of their first meeting...in that dreamy rainy day! she closed her eyes...smiled remembering every incident of that night...the night when she had fallen in love...love at first sight!
suddenly there was a lightening with roar of cloud...she opened her eyes...trembled with fear...a tear of grief falls from her eyes...as she remembered those day ...those long separation period!!
that day she was all ready to go to meet him in that coffee shop...how happy nd excited she was! she remembered that night she hardly closed her eyes for sleep...every time she tried his face appeared with his teasing smile...nd that night she realized ...realized that she had tied with that person for life time...that stranger made his place in her heart...nd no matter how but she was in love with him!!
she was all ready to meet him when a phone call made her step stop...it was her sister who called her that her mother had met with an accident! the sudden news came to her as a bolt from the blue...she was at a loss..totally out of mind! the phone falls from her hand...nd she rushed to the hospital...she saw her mother lying in the hospital bed...bleeding profusely!
next two days were the worsest for her...she had to arrange blood...medicine..even she didn't get to time for sleep...nd two days after the accident the doctors said that her mother was out of danger!
in that two days she totally forgot about ashutosh...nd when she remembered about him...she rushed to that cofee shop...but he wasn't there! she enquire about him in the reception...nd they informed that he came...he came to meet with her...waited for a quite long time...nd then left!!
she felt his disappointment...she knew that he misunderstood her...nd that thought pierced her heart into many peaces...!
from that day...every night she used to go that place...the place of their first meeting...hoping that one day he would come...surely come to her!
it took a long year to come him...that was again a rainy day...that day their lips met as a silent promise that they shouldn't leave each other for life time...that they would live rest of their life in each others arm...every rain drops that showered on them as a bless from the almighty to them!
she closed her eyes once again...felt the music of rain! rain had a magic in their love life...every special day of their life...rain had created a special effect!
even the day when ashutosh proposed her for marriage...again that was a rainy day!
the day was 14 February...valentines day...day of lovers!
she woke up that morning to her text message ring'happy valentine's day!!-it read!
it was a photo text with a red rose nd text underneath the photo. she smiled nd rolled her eyes..of course it was from ashu! she text him back'thank u nd happy valentinens day to u too!
when she opened her main door hearing door bell...she saw a dozen of roses..along with a big teddy bear nd a note that read---go to armaan's fashon house at noon nd give ur name!
she made a puzzeled face nd read it three times to b sure of what it said! there was no signature...it surely from ashutosh!
when she reached armaan's fashon shop...she met armaan at counter'oh! u r here for ur dress ,huh?'armaan his childhood friend asked me in a teasing tone nd smiled!
"i guess so!"'nidhi was so dumbfounded!armaan gave her a box wrappedin a pink bow! he handed her a note also!
...what's this?'she asked!
...i'm just supposed to hand u that girl! have a good day!'armaan winked at her!
nidhi went outside nd sat on a chair out side the ice cream shop...people were everywhere getting valentine gift! she enjoyed watching the man rushing around getting flowers nd candy for their loved ones!nidhi opened the card..it said'don't put this on just yet! go to anji's house!
" what is he upto?"'she thought!he was generally not so misterious! she had no idea what was going on!..nd she couldn't wait to tell about it to anji! but when she got there..anji had a surprise all her own!
...hello!'she exclaimed hugging her friend! she grabbed her dress nd put it inside on the couch...nd rushed her friend out the doorway!

she wore that set...nd no need to say that enhances her beauty a lot than before!
sharp at eight...a big car stopped infront of her house...she took the passenger sit hoping that at last she would meet with him! but no..he wasn't there...!
the driver took her that place...where they first met...but the exception was that...this time...the road..nd the place was decorated with light...nd flowers!
nidhi closed her mouth with her palms...she saw rose petals on road making a way of its own...she followed that...nd in the end she saw him...standing with that killing smile in his lips!
nd her utmost surprise...it had started raining...making both of them wet...but they didn't mind at all!

rohan could visualize nidhi when he left india...a blooming flower who saw the world colourful nd discover good things in every sort of bad one...the girl was badly madly in love with him...he could see her bright smile whenever she felt the presence of him around her...as if he was become the reason of his smile...nd he admitted that he had also strong fellings for her...but the fact was he understood it lately...he realised his fellings when he left her saying that he was not the right person for her nd she should moov away in her life...with someone who loves her without having the knowledge that he was giving his real love to that someone!!
now the women sitting infront of him is more mature nd confident about herself...nd it seems she has really moved on in her life!!!
