Absolutely with you. There is no question Nidhi should finish internship and child rearing should be a collective responsibility. She needs space and the final decision should be hers. But the disturbing factor is she is very vague and has not specified the time. If she means doing PG and settling in profession it will definitely take another 5 years. Is it possible for Ashu to wait? Woman has the absolute right to decide the timing but she must be sensible to know what is right for her family situation,Marriage comes with baggage. If Nidhi is so enthusiastic as shown yesterday she could have postponed the marriage because one must be also prepared to handle marriage .
nidhi is definitely not wrong either...as someone posted she needs that assurance from her husband that nurturing a child is both thier responsibility not hers alone...give her space to think about it,let her finish her internship ...let her feel that security and that conviction that a child would be both their priority not her's alone ...she is a understanding and wise girl...instead of emotionally pushing her to his decisions it is necessary to hold her hand and assure her...
