finally...got to see an interview of karan after his exit...
he mentioned that there was no fight or anything, but he was a little upset, and now is okay...he got many notes and letters for people asking for an interview...
1. he said, that he was not informed that it would be the exit of rohan there, at the wedding, till the morning of the shot...infact he was not even told then, he sort of pre empted it...he was leaving for delhi...so the voice over, nidhis letter was recorded at his house...and he watched that scene on tv...and they made it a very emo scene...
2. he said they left it at a spot...where he might be able to come back...he doesnt know...but it could happen. the end was sudden, but might have been planned...people should be happy...his role was for 2 months and he stayed for 6.
3. doesnt know from where the rohan turning negative came...rumour...just a newspaper article...he was not intended to turn negative ever...haha...he was told ya...darr ka shahrukh khan...
4. he got as much of appreciation as rohan...as of sid...because sony is a massy channel...mummy and sunties also watch...and because of his character of rohan..bina dimag character...lovable...funny...and bringing a smile to peoples face...he said its hard...to be able to do that...make someone smile..enjoyable...but he has got lot of appreciation...
5. didnt know about rohan turning negative later...said its not impossible that rohan turns or that he cant ever be negative...because for a long time he went on and on that he will never fall in love...so if that can happen, he wont rule out anything.
6. he said he will do any character if he is convinced of it...whatever it may be...
7. sometimes people get stereotpyped as cute boy next door etc...he said, like himself...because he can perhaps play it to his best ability...also he's not tried many negative shades...and sometimes people dont like to see certain characters/ actors in negative roles...because fans dont want to hate a character...of the actor...they are put in a dilemma because they dont want to hate the negative character
8. again said if im convinced ill do anything...said if rohan as a character can fall in love...can turn negative...then its possible he can turn positive as well...but he needs to know whats happening with the character...the graph of the character...which sometimes doesnt happen on tv...
9. till now no call has come from kuch toh log kahange to please come back...they must be thinking about what they have to do over the next ten episodes just now...he doesnt know what is planned..."but if they call me back, why wont i go? they are a fantastic production house...very nice people to work with and they've given me rohan...so its fun"
then he cut a cake for his birthday..brief snippets...and the whole thing we can see another day...laughed and said, its not like ive never had a girlfriend, you just dont know about it...and that he's gifting himself a house...which is now ready...
and told producers that he is open and willing to work...so please... :)
