sbs showed a segment kahaani ghar ghar ki aapke pasandeeeda serials ka haal...saathiya ,ipknnd, yrkkh balh ,ktlk, SGP, CB 2 PR Diya aur baati hum

they said not only khushi aur arnav ko ek doosre ke pyar ka ehsaas hua par Dr Nidhi ko bhi Dr Ashutosh ke liye pyaar ka ehsaas hua...they showed Nidhi crying in the arms of Anji's mom..and kaka doing thandi patti on Ashutosh's head...

they said after this pyar ka ehsaas Nidhi cancelled her Europe tour wo kaise jaati when Ashutosh is unwell😳
