Yes he does look like little Sona. I remember even Soha was the same until Ishwari entered and started pampering her with over love and attention. I hope the same doesn't happen with Ayush. This time I hope Sona takes a stand for her kids because I dont want Dev-Neha to be repeated in Ayush-Soha.

Absolutely agree with you!! I too felt the same. I couldn't really connect when Ishwari kept saying that Ayush is her chota Dev. He might be chota Dev in looks ( in fact I feel he looks more like chota Dev, the kid who played the role of the young Dev in the flashback scenes in season 1😆) but personality wise he seems to have taken after Sonakshi.

Suhana had much more similarities than ayush n over night they showed she is not her blood. I still remember mein aisa beti hothi tho (which dev used to say) n her craving for halwa and smartness as devakshi. Over night she is not there blood..huh..what even yaa... Now you want to see similarities in ayush..😆

Now that the makers have confirmed in one of the episodes that Ayush is indeed Devakshi's son as per the DNA test, I hope they show that Sonakshi actually gave birth to twins & Ayush was handed over to Rohit by that nurse in the hospital for whatever reasons ( either for money or because his ( Rohit's)wife gave birth to a still born child or some other filmy twist like in EK's shows.😆 ). In that way, Soha can still be their child and the similarities between Devakshi & Soha shown in season1 would make sense.😎😆

The other option is to forget season 1 & watch the show as a completely new show.😅 However it is difficult to do so since they keep referring to the past incidents. 😓

But I do have to admit that I like Ayush. He is such an adorable & cute boy. And the best part is that he is the only one other than Sonakshi who can get Ishwari rattled up. Love him for disliking her besan ka Halwa & also for calling her aunty. 😆

But yes, cvs gave all ingredients to like ayush making him kind, smart and by making suhana look bad.

First of all I couldn't accept ayush track n top of it they reduced much loved suhana character just to look ayush better. For me it is like a forced insert. But I am stubborn, I don't want to fall into their prey. So, I am not liking whole ayush track itself..😆

It will be so weird if they were twins, because Sona would have known through her nine months of pregnancy if she was having a single baby or twins! But if a boy baby can be swapped with a girl baby in a big reputed hospital, I guess anything can happen! Hahahhaha 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

I watch S3 as a different story, who have had certain similar experiences. I am not able to relate S1 Dev-Sona to this S3 Dev-Sona. So it's easier for me to pretend they are totally different! Anyway, the timeline doesn't make sense, so there!

If Sona can conceive naturally twice & give birth to two healthy children after being given only 7% chance ( which is almost no chance at all), then anything is possible. So the makers showing it either as a scam or baby swap seems perfectly plausible if it fits their narrative.😆

To be honest, I felt Soha's reaction to Ayush getting all the love & attention seemed quite normal for a child who has been the apple of her parents' & grandmother's eye till now.. It is a natural enough initial reaction of a child who thought that some outsider/ stranger has usurped her place in the family. She apologized to him without anyone needing to tell her to do so for locking him in the dark room. That in itself shows that she had the maturity to accept when she was wrong. She had been warming up to Ayush gradually but her fears & insecurities pull her back each time. With Ayush running away from home, she was concerned about him & was glad when he returned back home safely. So I really don't have any complaints with her characterization except maybe for some unnecessary dialogues like her demanding that her parents send him to an orphanage.

I so wish season 3 was made with the same cast, same reel names but a completely new story altogether. They could have experimented so much more with different shades of love that way & the new writers could have avoided the major bloopers they have shown while trying to connect the story to the original one. It would have been interesting to watch Devakshi & Ishwari in completely new avatars with new characterization.

The least they could have done is use a little common sense and some basic math.

They could have set this story as a parallel marriage track, set after Shimla trip. Where they never separated, had Soha, Shubh, things are bitter between Dev-Bijoy, tense between Sona-Ishwari, Dev-Sona married for so long drifting apart due to constant family drama.

Everyone's characters as well as timeline would have made sense.

But apparently, it was too much thinking for the creative team. And it shows, sadly.

I can totally get her behavior. I know how much I have to persuade my child to part with some of his stuff. So for her to share her entire life all of a sudden with some stranger and adjust was way too much for a little kid.

Dev was banging on the bathroom door, because he couldn't use any other bathroom in the house except his own! It is hard for him adjust in a different bathroom one time! So how expect a little girl to share her room, her things, her life, her loved and adjust right away?
