What happened to writers...how did they lose basic logic

First of all, when Shubh seems to be 2 years or so...how come Soha is only 8....I think Dev and Sona have met again after 7 years....Shubh was born within 9 months of pregnancy or what 😱😱 and Soha is miraculously not growing 🤪

Secondly, Soha has become rude all of a sudden when she was shown very mature before....ok let's think Soha has become immature.....

And this guy Rahul is ultimate yaar....Sonakshi must have joined the hospital as Sonakshi Bose but how come he knows that she is Dev dixits wife....ok lets say our Dev dixit so popular he came to know about it but yaar, you are telling me you have swapped baby in private hospital.........you have built 70s story.....

And what is the nonsense that Dev was telling Shaadi ke ithne saal baad we grow to a maturity that we dont celebrate....hello as per the story you both are living together after many years and that too if Sohas age is considered only 1 year together....big joke....

Writers made a joke of the Most logical show....which always showed realistic situations....

Really unhappy with the way the show is progressing.....

Kuch toh realistic dikhao yaar nahi tho KRPKAB's khasiyat will be gone....

BTW ardent fan of KRPKAB and waiting for writers to show up something very logical....bcoz it has always been something different....

But at the same time couldn't stop myself from venting my frustration on the current story line

I understand your frustration. There's too many weird things going on. Eg. Elina calls ishu auntyji instead of buaji.

Soha calls bijoy and ASHA as nana Nani and not dadu dida/ASHA.

How is Gkb the only one who's smart enough here?

Also if these people can't keep their love alive for 1 year y'all should've married someone else.

Shubh is gayab mostly.

There were so many ways to have shown this. Dev could've Galti se did an accident if Rohit and had to bring new kid home.

Also why is asha's death being pushed aside like it never even happened.

And today's episode showed mamaji also in different angle.....he is telling Ishwari is doing alot and Sona not doing anything....that's not how he spoke all the time...I would have expected him to say Ishwari is a little overdoing bcoz Kachori is always like that and Dev thoda waqt do Sona adjust ho jayegi...jaldbaaji math kar bolke.....but he is strange today....

Totally agree with all your observations.

Adding to it I find the dialogues, editing sub par. Due to all this cannot even comment on the acting. Everything about S3 is wierd & I’m not able to connect to it the way I did with S1 & S2.

Omg yes that scene was so weird. When did mamaji see Sona neglecting ayush he doesn't even live there.

Also for a moment I was sad for Dev when he said he had no other option Rohit was dieing and he didn't have time to think. Then I remembered how that didn't happen, he had time, Sona asked him to give AYUSH time and ishu asked Dev to bring AYUSH the furniture home because kab tak dukan par rakhenge.

Also was Dev not there when ishu blamed sonakshi for not being a good mother. What is he even getting at. Straight up lieing at this point. He even screamed at her for visiting bijoy.

Yeah. Mamaji, I don't trust him fully, especially around Ishwari. But he always understood Sonakshi, so writers decided to take that also away. Can't believe it. He is saying Ishwari is doing so much more and Sona isn't. Jeez.

Well, good news is, at least they seem to have their own house now. Thank god!

Bang on post! There are so many elements that have deviated from S1 and S2 that it feels almost like we are watching shells of the characters but their essence is missing. First the age thing makes absolutely no sense, because they showed Soha's bday party and it was only after that that Sona got pregnant which means 9 months passed at least and even if we assume Shubh is only supposed to be between 1-2, that would still mean Soha should be at least 9 or 10.

I think the way they have ruined Soha's character is especially troubling given that she was shown to be sometimes too mature for her age in S1 and S2. I know that they tried to establish that she has been spoiled by Ishwari but surely Sonakshi's 7 years of upbringing can't be totally overriden by Ishwari's 1 year of pampering. Right now they are showing Soha as a proper bully with the way she calls Ayush PIE and the way she suggested leaving Ayush when Dev told them to play together. In S1 they even showed Golu jealous of the attention Dev was giving Soha but never the other way around. In trying to fit this angle into the story, they have completely changed the nature of Soha's character.

Even some of Ishwari's lines make no sense and they have regressed her character right back to where she was in S1, if not to a worse position. Her line about how Dev never lies to her, I was wondering if she forgot everything that happened when Devakshi first got together and what happened when they parted ways.

Also as you pointed out, as per the story, Devakshi have only been back together again for 2-3 years at most, 1 year of which we already saw. The way they are trying to show the distance between them feels very contrived (forgetting kargosh, Titanic, not knowing password). It would have been far better in my opinion if they didn't do the child swap at all and focused on only Devakshi's relationship. It would have been a fresh concept that could have realistically addressed the issues that couples experience while maintaining the uniqueness of the show.

Nothing makes sense in this season if you have watched the original season. It's like they are completely disregarding the previous content & writing a completely new story with completely new characters. The characters don't resemble their original selves either. All the growth, development....all have been poured down the drain. Ishwari & Dev haven't just gone back to their pre-leap selves, they have actually deteriorated even more. I don't remember Ishwari blaming Sonakshi so openly before, not even in pre-leap days. She used to mostly taunt her indirectly. Dev ke saamne woh bhi nahi. Dev used to be a silent spectator at his worst. Now he also blames & shouts at Sonakshi. And even Mamaji is now blaming Sonakshi 🤦🏻 seriously? It seems only GKB has retained some of her growth, rest all are.... God knows what are they doing

If I sit down to list all the frustrations, it'll be a never ending list. 🤣 That's how much sense this season is making.🤡
