*Season 2, Week 32* Analysis Thread - Page 4

So I am confused. If last day of the show is 08/25 than why is everyone talking about only two episodes left after today - Tuesday 08/22 episode? Shouldn't there be three - 08/23, 08/24 & 08/25? What am I missing here? 😕

@Shaavi, "Aapke Muh Me Ghee Shakkar..." If what you are saying comes true. That is such exciting news. I also heard the same interview of Shaheer's, however it just says there are talks with SONY, I haven't heard about same cast. If it is, wow!!!! "Sone Pe Suhaga...".

I haven't watched today's episode yet as it will air at 9:30pm here in US, it's only 6:45pm so I still have a while to go. I am hoping to have lovely episode.

I was really stopping myself from analysing the episodes for the last few episodes as I wanted to enjoy the last journey of this beautiful serial but could not stop myself after watching yesterday's episode. After the news for the show going off air the episodes have been more light hearted and even though there was still a lot to explore I am happy that the story is been given a logical and happy ending. Dev is certainly turning out to be a husbands goals. Also I like the way Ishwari is putting herself in the background. Soha's insecurity is natural and I hope Dev and Sonakshi allay her fears.
One dialog from Bijoy though irked me a bit yesterday when he said that he knows the complications that happened last time not that Dev, the way he said it seemed liked he was balming Dev for not being their the first time but again maybe I am overanalysing.
On a different note I just wanted to talk about Ishwari. My opinion certainly is not a popular one but I actually like Ishwari's character the same way I like Dev or Sonakshi's. I actually can empathise with her and probably her character is the closest to reality out of all the characters in the show. Her love, insecurities, fear are so real. Many of us admire Sonakshi for her strength and independence especially after the way her marriage broke and how she came out strong, I absolutely admire her for that. But I feel Ishwari is not given the credit she deserves just because the way her character was shown post Dev's marriage. Yes some of her acts were bad but does that take credit away from her that she was a single woman with 4 young kids and no support but brought them up in such a way that her children can have their own identity today. Sonakshi had the emotional support of her family and probably a bit of financial support but did Ishwari had that. Of course in no way undermines the achievements of Sonakshi one bit but I felt Ishwari has not been given the due credit and I blame it on the CVs who butchered her character so much that unfortunately she is remembered for her acts of 4 months after Dev's marriage instead of the strength and character she had shown for whole life. I just wished this was explored.
But saying all this still this has been one of the best TV shows I have watched and probably the only second show I have ever liked.

Here's hoping for memorable last two episodes.

No complaints , nothing .. jst giving due respect to the makers for ending this in the most appropriable n appreciable way. They can't do more than this @ this short notice. I was thinking bout the Ministry of Information n Broadcasting shud impose some strict rules on the sudden banning of shows unless without @least a month prior notice. Sudden wrapping up definitely looses the charm n the loyal viewers r left with heart brk. It's jst nt done.

He says it towards the end of the interview. Also there was another one in which it said it is going to be the same cast as KRPKAB with Shaheer, Erica and Roop Dugral(the one who played Natasha) in a love triangle. It also said Supriyaji will be once again playing the role of mother, but this time of Erica.

It will be very nice it something like this really happens. The same cast coming together to give us something similar to KRPKAB. Keeping my fingers crossed.😊

Don't know it's really true or not but again Sony . Sony is such a unprofessional channel. Supriya will be playing Erica's mother nice idea but don't want to see any love triangle pls.

In Tuesday, 08/22 episode, I really liked the hospital ultrasound scenes; Dev-Sonakshi's panicking and then excitement, joy and relief seeing baby's heart beat again was aptly portrayed by both Shaheer and Erica. I was yet again impressed by Dev cleaning bathroom for Sonakshi, he definitely is on the path of winning "Best Supportive Husband" competition.

I also liked makers bringing up Suhana's insecurities with arrival of new bundle of joy in the household. Hopefully they will give justice to show us how Dev and Sonakshi deal with it.

Ishwari has definitely come a long way. I am so happy to see her genuine worries and care for Sonakshi, portrayed perfectly by Supriyaji.

On the other hand, one thing I have accepted is that Bijoy will never change and will keep on irking me. The guy has to poke his nose everywhere and in everything - rendered very nicely by Jagat Rawatji.

Lastly, @Lakshmi, I share your feelings regarding SONY - I think a lot of us have similar feelings. However, I know I will be watching Shaheer's every show regardless of the channel. Though I certainly understand where you are coming from.

Absolutely Loving Dev. He cleaned the bathroom for his wife... so sweet. Not surprising though.. My hubby too does a lot of sweet things for me
