I just wanted to say that Elena and Sona can never be compared because Elena was and would be a little selfish. She ran away from home to get married to Vicky and caused a lot of problems for the Bose family as well. She married someone like Vicky who used to annoy and ogle at both Sona and her. In fact, I always suspect that Vicky's anger at Sona was more because she never paid any heed to his advances in the beginning of season 1. Elena was quiet for all these seven years and made no effort to find out how her family was and where they were. Did she make any effort to get Sona back ? She went with the flow and listened to whatever GKB, the old Ishwari and Vicky said.

hence I dont think she actually feels much for Dev and Sona - she knows Vicky's time is up and she doesnt want Golu and herself to be on the street.

Sorry I dont want to offend but just wanted to state this.

Wonderful post. Well analysed as usual. What struck me instantly is the confidence you displayed in Sonakshi's realisation. But Shaavi I always think negative . I lose hope instantly and I am now in such a position. After Sonakshi realizes the pain she has caused Dev and how her holding back her emotions is hurting her, she thinks of doing something to Dev. Just like she had suggested Nikki to gift video game after Nikki's party night mistake, either Nikki, Asha, Elena or even Ishwari herself suggests her to do something that will make up for what he has lost. And tell her to show how much she loves him. SR was the first thing that someone had done something for him and that is where Sonakshi gave herself first time to Dev. In the same way, she will book a resort and set it up similar to last time. Since the "maamaji" lie will no longer work with Dev, she will tell him that she has a meeting with client and she wants him to come with her. Once there she reveals that there is no client and will then pour her heart out revealing all her hidden feelings towards him. During that time she will wear that red dress and that will be her way of accepting his type of love.

What say. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the makers show something like this. And going by the way KRPKAB usually goes, it will be around the time when Ishwari ended up in hospital after the sleeping pills overdoes. That was the point when the differences started becoming apparent between them. So my guess is that, that is when all their differences will be removed.😆

I feel Sonakshi has always been given benefit of doubt and this time I don't agree with her reasoning .I don't even remember when was the last time I was able to sympathize with her .

Ishwari and Dev have always been criticized,made to beg for their mistakes but Sona and Bijoy walk away easily without admitting their mistakes.

Thanks to the makers once strong Sonakshi is turned into a women whom people cannot relate to . I wonder who is able to understand her and why Makers took this route where Sonakshi is only gathering hatredness from fans .The more they defend her wrong doings more people are turning against her .

I agree with you the serial will end but Sonakshi Bose will remain the same .
