@Latha

Agree with you

My heart broke when Nikki said Dev is so used to do tamasha. So that is the way she perceived her brother who nourished her like a father did. Even if Dev did tamasha ( I hate to use this word but since Nikki said it,I have to) it was in connection with Sonakshi and himself. The sisters feeling left out and getting angry with their brother is fine. But if they forget his contribution in making them what they are it really is painful.

Like you said makers have only one agenda,to show Dev as the culprit for everything that happened with every one.

I second your lines regarding the way Sona is handling Dev. Better not to say anything more on that,. I just feel dejected with her methodology.

Yes true." Dev only can make mistakes. He only will apologise." That became the prime theme of the show. Atleast Ria behaved well with Dev unlike Nikki. Though she snubbed Sonakshi she did not do the same with her brother. It really is the brightest moment of yesterday's episode.

I really expect this kind of behavior from ria
When she talked rudely with sona I was really shocked
She was only one among d three sisters who knows how to give respect to elders
More than love she respect dev .
Love their scene

@Lakshmi, As a parent, we work hard to provide every possible opportunity to achieve what our kids want in their life, it's our minimum responsibility as a parent. But as a Kids, they will respect your contributions only when they value your efforts, this you can't teach them because they themselves should feel it. I respect ishwari's and Neha's sacrifices and contribution in Dev's success but they were enjoying this power and control on his life as well as emotions because he valued their contributions in this journey. In my life, I have seen so many kids who even after getting everything from their parents still crib and complain saying you did nothing for me. Nikki is as similar as this. All their life, they took his love, care, hard work and sacrifices for granted so we can't expect any respect or understanding for him from them when he fails to fullfil his responsibilities because slaves doesn't have any choice in their life.

Coming to Sona, I am feeling like she is too emotionless towards dev and his pain. When your kid comes from school and says he is hungry because he didn't had his lunch at school properly then being a mother or loved one what you will do. Will you give a piece of bread and ask your kid to eat or will you give a lecture on how wrong he is in not finishing his lunch and how he is capable of finishing his lunch or even give lecture on how can he earn his bread. That guy is drowning himself in guilt and here sitting in a one arm length distance she is giving lectures on how to win his sisters by apologizing for the mistakes which he never made or how he can fall on their feet to bring them back. Girl, atleast drag him in to a hug and ensure him that he is not the only one at fault so not to blame him for others mistakes. Can't she do this much as a wife or soul mate as she claims that she knows him in and out.

Truly it is their taken for granted attitude that made them disregard Dev and his wholehearted commitment towards them. I can understand if they are hurt with Sonakshi for leaving his brother and causing him heartbreak. But as his sisters they should feel his pain and understand how suffocated he was from all sides due to the drastic turn of events that sabotaged his marriage . Instead of moving away from him they should have patiently waited for him to recover from his depressed state. Outers can throw stones at us if we are in such a position,I mean Boses can blame Dev and find him at fault but his sisters should have stood by him. They know how good he is at heart and how he strived hard to please every one around.

Sonakshi never tried to apply balm to his wounded heart. Rather she is too adamant to move things forward at her own pace. She never thinks to give him respite by making him feel her warmth and love or by making him swallow the bliss of their togetherness. He hardly gets relief from her mission " bring the sisters back" Riya is done,Sonakshi won't rest or let him rest till Nikki is mended and convinced .Then comes the number of Neha. After that may be Vicky? The counting goes on.

Sonakshi should realise that if Dev continues to be on his guilt trip and apology mode,he will definitely become so weak and vulnerable in the days to come. Ofcourse she boosts his confidence by saying you are special, but the way she is putting goals before him that should be achieved within the time specified,he will feel the heat of pressure under his feet. He needs her support not by mere dialogues but by other means also like a warm hug,a surprise date,a good pleasure trip with kids...

Agree with this sisters part that they should support dev. Dev support and protect their whole childhood . But they leave when he needed then most just bcz he ignored them in past 7 years

But can't agree with sona's part.sona is not a emotionless she is a over practical girl . Her childhood is perfect not like dev so she can't understand his emotions easily . She only know dev but can't understand him properly the way dev understand sona .

Ishwari herself never left a chance to remind him that keeping aside all his efforts, what ever he is today is just because of their sacrifices and she never ever hesitated in making a point even before Vikky that Dev owes his life to his family and serving his family should be the one and only aim of him life. If head of the family makes these kind of strong stmts before everyone in the family then how can we expect any respect for his efforts from other family members.

🤣 🤣 🤣 Woman on a mission.😆

At present, i really dont have any expectations from Sona since she is again back to her "Mission My Family". The only difference is, its their mission now instead of her individual mission like when she got married. Hope god will give enough strength to Dev to handle his crazy family. 😆

Suchi, being practical is good but that shouldn't kill empathy for your partner. Honestly speaking, previously its irritating to see Dev keep on going in to guilt mode for his as well as others mistakes but now it looks disgusting because his family lacks empathy for his pain. Its looking like mistake can be anyone's but dont worry we have Dev here to go on guilt trip. This family(this includes Sona also) destroyed that Dev dixit who is known for his confidence and smartness, now he is just broken and guilt ridden soul. She dont have to understand each page of his life to address his current pain. No one means no one in this family tells him that we all are humans and flawed just the way you are so dont blame yourself for every wrong thing that happens. All they do is add little more burden on his already guilt burdened shoulders.

@LiveLife321- I have always believed the makers have tampered with Dev the most to forward their story and show high voltage drama. When the show started, Dev was hands down the best character of the show IMO. He was emotional and vulnerable yet honest and assertive when required. Unfortunately, the writers tampered with him left, right and centre post break up and marriage. Its ridiculous to watch him cry over everything and Sona acting like a Jagat Mata and doling out lectures at will 😆 We know Dev is emotional and sensitive, we know Sona is practical and righteous but dont make it unidimensional and their sole character trait. I hated how they made everything into Dev's fault. Not once did Ishwari acknowledge her contribution in pushing her kids away, not once did the sisters mention that they are sorry for not being there for him and not once did Sona even tell Dev that he is trying his best and not everything is his fault even when he kept saying 'mai bahut bura hoon, i suck' etc. 😆 I dont know what the makers are trying to do but they really need to stop making Dev cry and feel guilty for every single thing that goes wrong in the show and please stop Sona from giving lectures in every alternate scene. Its so unlike their characters 😆

@ Latha

Agree with you.

@ Suchi

Practicality should not override emotions. On her part she should realise that resetting or fixing Dixit family is not the purpose for which they United again. They reunited to be a family,in true sense. If Dev says I won't enjoy or move further unless my sisters step into IN,it's OK. But if Sona decides like that and make an already guilty Dev live only for her mission,it is too much. She should give him breathing space.
