I am happy that my prediction regarding engagement ring came true. Dev had saved that ring since the first time he put it on Sonakshi's fingers. 😆

]One of the reasons I tried to stay away from KRPKAB forum since day one was because I knew exactly what would happen if I started to listen to every single opinion. I love analyzing scripts and crtiquing the underlying foundations of a story but if I had done the same as I did with my previous shows, I wouldn't have enjoyed KRPKAB one bit.

@Suyash...thank you very much for your usual lamba post, which we were missing a lot and especially for your explanation on Elena's view. I agree with your points and that would have been the thought process of Elena. Yes, Elena was present during both the major incidents And that's why I was bothered about why Elena could be so insensitive to the Sona's breakdown when infertility report was out, especially when we have even seen her comforting Sona in this matter. Then later I realised that it is difficult for a person like Elena, who still couldn't accept Golu completely (as we have seen her complaining that Golu's birth was accidental because RR played through), the depth to which a woman will get affected when she comes to know that she can never carry a baby. If it had happened with her, she would have probably been one of those who would be happy with it. So, thank you for opening my eyes.

@aarcha, @Shaavi, @Rekha...thank you dear ones on that reply to my query on Elena. I understood that ishe had to ask it inorder to show that Ishwari's redemption is complete. But, they could have put it in a more polished way, is what I still feel. But, anyways, Elena was always like that. blunt & direct in her dealings.

I couldn't connect with both Dev and Sona.
Dev promised Soha that he wouldn't go ahead with wedding, yet, it didn't seem like he was going to break the alliance. So, he had no plan B? He was just going to marry some random girl just to make Sona realise? And what about soha? He knew she doesn't want that to happen, he even knows Ish want DevaKshi reunion.

Sona seemed completely clueless and confused, pretty sure many viewers couldn't comprehend what transpired. She jumped from 'I don't feel for dev' 'nth can happen between us' to 'i love dev can't live without him' to ' its too late I can't break engagement'. So basically she is ready to sacrifice her love, which also meant that she was pushing innocent girl towards dark future. Lets face it, except for Gkb nd Red no one wanted her in Dev's life. Sona knows what Dev wants through Ish, Ish made it clear that she wants Sona back, mamaji always supported her and even Soha and Golu voiced out their thoughts by hiding rings.
Yet, Sona is like all helpless and clueless. I think She just forgot reasons behind her resistance towards reunion , and her heart took her back to initial courtship period. Maybe she was so lost thinking about why she fell in love with dev that she forgot why she separated and what happened in 7 years. Maybe thats another track altogether? Who knows..

I was wondering if a person would ever be ready for a wedding after two meetings. Nisha barely bonded with anyone, she never tried to understand complex dynamics of IN. I would say she jumped the gun.

Everything happened so fast yet so slow. Engagement is stretched out for days yet things moved too quickly or too late. Difficult to pin point but couldn't understand characters.

Looking forward to confession. Hopefully makers will do justice.

So, today, on this anniversary of a very important day in the lives of Dev and Sona, I would like to present my views and the things that I have noticed from my time being a 'ghost lurking and stalking this forum' to confront the biggest demon present in this forum, this show's moniker or one of its tagline, of being a show which is 'close to reality'.

The very first (or the second thread) that I read after coming back to IF, was a scathing post which was filled with vicious attacks on the characters of Sonakshi, Asha and even Dida calling them names (not mentioning them here, but let's just say, I was absolutely stunned by the harshness of the words)...

And, the moment that made me smack myself on the face was when on the very next page, the maker of the thread had mentioned that he/she had stopped viewing the show months back and now, he/she is glad that he/she only reads written updates because he/she can't tolerate this nonsense... (Sorry for the he/she... Not able to determine the gender on the basis of what was written)

And, I was like SERIOUSLY... I was getting affected by the words of such people who were not even viewers of this show... Because, let me tell you that you are only a viewer if you either watch the show on television and if you watch it online, then, you need to watch at least 15-17 minutes of the episode (if its a 20-25 mins show), before it is counted as a 'view' by the website and hence, their views are totally irrelevant.

Other thing, reading written updates basically means that you don't have your own opinion but basically spreading the views of the author of the written update... So, reading posts from these kind of writers is always a waste of time and replying to them, even more so...
