True this is a just a fresh start for both of them. They accept even they themselves had made mistakes n blaming only the other for separation is not right and will not achieve anything if they want to co-parent Soha.

Agree with you .It was not a patch .The patch up can happen only when the entire truth about prenup and home eviction will be out .Today we saw a vulnerable Dev who blamed himself for their fate but Sonakshi consoled by him by highlighting her role in the whole mess but the day the entire truth is out Sona will be in Dev's position and would feel terrible as Soha was away from her dad and also for losing 7 yrs over a misunderstanding.It would be Dev's turn to console her ...

Unlike S1 this time I feel Bijoy will be the hurdle in their love story and Ishwari might support Devakshi reunion .I believe this time Sona n Ishwari will have a cordial relationship like how they did during the start of the serial.

Regarding the last hug I will feel it wasn't romantic one but more a comforting one . I doubt either of them will be interested in a romantic relationship.

this is definitely not a patch up. its just that both have realised to let go the mask of hatred that they were carrying all along. they are yet to start their journey all over once again.

My take on the above

Sonakshi had forgiven him the day she agreed to continue her pregnancy and carry his child in her womb. She had forgiven him the day she decided to push that life out into the world which was made by them. She had forgiven him the day she decided to take care of their child all by herself with out his support. She had forgiven him the day she spoke good words abt him to their child .

BUT has she forgotten their separation. The answer is NO !! Is she willing for a PATCH UP ?? Answer YES !! Will she patch up with Dev tomorrow ...and decide to be husband and wife again ...my answer is ...I DONT THINK SO!!

She loves Dev immensely ... there will never be any one in her life whom she can love this way...ONLY Dev can take that place in her life..but I think this time she is going to take it slow...

In that hug did you see the way Dev hugged and she reciprocated ?? He was hugging her so tightly and hers was a loose hug just helping him to calm down the situation...

I will never call Sonakshi a doormart ...because if she was one then she wouldnt have the guts to do what she did today. This was not done for her daughter , she did it for her love for Dev. Her self respect is in tact . In fact her calm, composed behaviour helped Dev to apologise for what he did to her years back. Thats a big achievement . She came clean with her thoughts too when she said that she was also flawed as she didnt believe in their love and didnt trust him. Absolutely strong and straightforward in what she did and spoke today. Thats what I respect her as woman.

Realising ones mistake and apologizing for the same requires strength..a doormat can never even dream of doing it!!

Now coming to Dev. He knew it from the day of their separation , that he was at fault . He didnt stand by her and hence she left. He never doubted her but questioned her character and couldnt understand how she could move on so easily ...Because he was blinded by jealousy. But Sonakshi's pure heart and her love for him made him do what he thought he would never do...apologise for his actions..speak to her about his pain and how he thought that he was so misfortunate that every thing he touches get destroyed ...he has been living in guilt from the day she left him ...thats the worst punishment that can be given by god...to live every day in guilt !!

Abt Dev saying that he wouldnt blame his mom...and feeling guilty that... because of him... his mom had to do it ...because he was busy blaming god and didnt have time to see his mom's difficulty...this is what I feel will change his thoughts abt his mom...by stating the above ...there was acceptance that blaming god didnt help...this also indirectly meant his mom was human and not god...how could she have managed to feed 4 small kids all by herself with no support from any one...hats off to CVs who brought this topic in a very subtle and emotional way...

I feel there is more to Ishwari's past than what is been shown or understood as of now...let us see what Khathri is going to come back with and how he will.

I loved todays episode and I am going to enjoy it...

Ur bang on there. This is what even I wrote in other post. Sona did not participate in the hug wholeheartedly. She had her apprehensions. But one thing I din like is she calling their issues as choti si problem. Getting ur father humiliated is not a choti si problem

dev finally realised that she did not move on, or rather she is not the one who will ever move on. he need not ever fear of losing her. he knows his shortcomings, where he floundered in their relationship, he did not let go the "guilt" factor in him yet. earlier he felt guilty for his family's misfortunes, now he feels guilty of ruining sona's life. only when he stops feeling guilty can he really move on and mend his relationship. he need not hold himself responsible for every failed attempt.

sona, she finally realised that "trust" was missing in their relationship.she realised relationships do not thrive only on love and respect. she has a long way to go before she starts trusting dev the way a husband needs to be trusted.

its just the very initial stage, when they know what was lacking from both of them in their relationship. there is a long path ahead, where both have to bring in the missing element and start afresh.

Yes agreed , she realized trust was missing in their relationship...but even I don't think they are in a stage trust each other...to build trust it takes time and effort ...nothing comes easy...I guess yesterday was the day of realisations of their mistakes flaws and self acceptance of the same in front of each other...its just the beginning...a long way to go...
