Hey guys.Hope everyone is doing well.
After yesterday's episode I'm pretty sure that we are moving towards a definite change in Dev & Sona's equation(hopefully)
Just a bit of Maths which I did.Have a look-

After 75 episodes-Confession
After that another 75-80 episodes=Marriage(Episode 154)
Another 75 episodes-Post marriage phase(Ended at episode 229)
Another 75 episodes-Post leap phase(anger,tashan)

Going by this, the equation between Dev & Sona will change completely again from somewhere between episodes 305-310.And this time it will obviously be a positive change.
I'm quite optimistic.😊😊

I hope the makers maintain this pattern.I am actually exhausted by this elongated tashan track which we've been viewing since the leap.

Btw, didn't you appreciate that Sona apologized real soon as soon as she realized her folly. Also Dev didn't correct her that baba Bose was being magnanimous by offering excuse to escape for Dev.

Hi IFfreak.
I guess Dev has already apologised for the first break-up.Dev made quite a few mistakes during that phase-impulsively breaking up,stalking etc etc.
But recollect the day they patched up and Dev proposed Sona for marriage. He said two things in that proposal-
1.I am sorry.
2.Thank you for accepting me in your life again.

That "I am sorry" was definitely a cummulative apology for the mistakes he commited during that phase.

I do agree that he has to apologise for his post marriage mistakes. He has done that with Soha but not explicitly with Sona & Bijoy and I'm waiting for that...

I am expecting Dev ki Deewangi level angst and emotion here, with Sona phoot phoot ke crying and devastating Dev with the release of her pent up pain. CVs, please take note. If this moment falls short, I will be inconsolable!

2. What we have to understand is that Sona was operating on multiple levels when she made these decisions, taking various possibilities into consideration. Heart of hearts, she wanted Dev to be the father he is now, but she also knew it was possible he would be furious at her and show his cruel side (Dev Dixit kuch bhi kar sakta hai), and she was terrified of that outcome. So when it came to paperwork, Sona exercised complete rights on Soha and didn't let anyone else into the equation. Like she said, she has full faith in her country's legal system and therefore prepared herself to block Dev out, should that be necessary.

It's still doesn't make executive decision to take Dev's legal rights over his child away from him (when Dev did nothing to relinquish those rights) fair, but the reasoning behind it is practical and smart. In the end, if Dev trusts that Sona never wants to separate *him* from Soha -- just his family, if they prove dangerous -- and Sona doesn't use this legal right to her adgantage as emotional leverage against Dev, it will only help them defend Soha from the vultures at IN. I think even Dev would agree, Bose house and Sona's custody is much safer for Soha because there, everyone loves her and wants what's best for her. The same cannot be said of IN by far.

Red&Bold - I can't even imagine what my situation will be during this scene. Yesterday, when I heard Dev saying, 'If anything is to be blamed , it is the relation between us to be blamed' I couldn't control my tears. Felt like, the person who had once started loving the concept of love, was now hating that they had a relation between them. Is it so? Decoders...please help. Ye sunne ke baad, i am feeling like a lump in my throat...😭😭😭

Bold&Underlined - That can be reasonable excuse. And, since Dev himself has not made it an issue till now, I think Sona can be excused for this. But, still why didn't she tell him about Sona during the accident sequence? Even when she heard Dev saying that he is amazed of his fate to die in Sona's arms.

I agree with all the other adjectives you've used, but from where I am standing, Dev's equation with his mother is very different. It's not a dramatic change, and I don't think it ever will be with Dev, but it's like their relationship is a box and the bottom has quietly fallen out and rendered it empty of real content. The four walls are still there, represented by Dev's obligation, but they don't contain anything. Due to it's subtle nature, the change in their relationship is only visible to people inside those four walls; Dev and Ishwari themselves. Dev is interested in keeping it that way.

Red & Bold - That was an apt & wonderful analogy.

I am curious though. When Dev was decorating for the Haldi ceremony, Jothin was nowhere to be found. Was he not staying in Bose house. If so why is he absent from these interactions. .

Also in the segment regarding Sourabh Ronita's wedding, there is no Jothin near the mandap. Shouldn't he be there next to Sonakshi like how he is in other ceremonies. But he is nowhere near the mandap, not even next to Bijoy or Asha. . Does things change so much within the next 2 KRPKAB days.

One thing I did like in the segment was Sonakshi's costume. It is no longer that old sarees. It did make her look really beautiful like how she was before the initial breakup. 😃

Shaavi...Aaj tak ki segment dekho...Usme Jatin he. Infact it's first shown that Sona is standing next to Jatin. I don't know how to post an image. Otw, would have posted it.

Though we know that devakshi should rant out all their frustrations, high and low, good or bad, to each other ,one part of me is terribly sad thinking about the paradigm shift between post leap and pre leap devakshi. I literally feel a knot tugged in my heart reverting to the good old days. I was in the zone of 'if only..' . As a result I stumbled upon the dream sequence of Sona( which I am quite sure no one has forgotten) and now I came across the episode when dev kidnaps her( if I may use the word😆 )inthe middle of the night and questions her about her accusations.I do not know if anyone noticed that he told the words "Bohot bol liya tune..ab main bolunga aur tum sunogi". I was gaping at the screen for a long time with a huge lump in my throat as I hit upon the (not so ) parallels between these two. As a devakshian, I was waiting in the pre-leap phase for sona's dream to be true but never, in my wildest dreams, did I think it would be in this way. Hats off to the writers to show the slightest of subtelities in everyday life with such finesse. In both the sequences Dev took her outside silently, held her in the same way and told these very words with polar differences in circumstances, situations, feelings and tones. In the dream he muttered sweet nothings to Sona and in reality they were shouting out the harsh truths and the bitterness towards each other. The irony of life and the difficulty in real fairytale stories is something which we cannot avoid.

Samzz...a totally different viewpoint; but a pointer to reality...👏

Hello all 😃

Posting my thoughts fresh. 😆 Dunno about others but I really liked today's episode and progression in the story.

Soha's faith in her superman papa and how anything can go wrong in his presence was something which doubled Sonakshi's anger. It was expected from her to burst on Dev. The words she choose were half for her father condition and half for satisfying herself that Dev is the "villain" of the story and she was correct in judging him. She was re assuring herself that Dev is the root cause of all the problems. But honestly this :best" syndrome is too much now. Its as irritating as Dev's meri ma meri bhagwan hai n here its mere baba best hai -_- . i know children think that their parents are best but it was more like a taunt for the other person, basically to show off how good me and my family is.

Later when she said sorry to him, i was pleasantly surprised by that. I absolutely loved Devakshi's convo there. Dev understood what Sonakshi was gong through and it even reminded him of his mother's sleeping pills fiasco. He was not in his own world/tune (as said by Sonakshi). He was actually trying to understand Sonakshi's emotions and look into the past to glance at his own mistakes. The conversation revealed that how hurt Sonakshi is, she was continuously trying to disassociate herself from Dev and any of his memories but failed to d so. And Dev was spot on in identifying that and he twisted his sentence to bring out the actual reaction from sonakshi. Do u guys think Dev will be the one to push her to an extent which will force her to reveal her true feelings?

Dev went to Dixit house for Golu and din't badmouthed Boses. I am so happy he knew Golu will need him and fulfill his responsibility of a father figure. The last scene where sona n dev were with kids respectively was also good. Sona's headmistress story was 😆n dev has become expert in narrating stories. Their FB visions were somewhat similar, Sona was thinking about her words said to Dev and relating it to what asha has said. And dev FB was farmhouse one where sona left him. Is it getting into Dev's mind that whatever he will do he cannot keep people happy, so let it be. May be that's what he has done in last 7 years.

Precap is always dramatic, Sona and DJ wlae choti wale Dev babu fighting 😛 i will not go into arey fir se ladne lag gye, inka kuch b\nahi hoga zone. 😆

Red - Charu, I think Dev will help her to bring all the bitterness out. Geena's analysis has already shown he had started the process last week itself, which he continued yesterday. But, once Sona is back to her normal self, Dev will never go after her. That's what I feel.

Arjun is an archer par excellence.I believe it implicitly. I don't check for proof I read MBH original version so even if some one negates it I won't take offence.. Right now my mindset is just the same towards Dev. Previously posted so much in support of my views. But now I don't feel like defending my take. To me Dev is selfless. He has many flaws but he has some really good traits that make him adorable . Sorry I won't counter your argument. I respect your views. I strictly adhere to my viewpoint and stand by it. I don't feel like countering your points. Please don't take it otherwise.

What really caught my attention in today's episode was the ending of Dev's story and the point where Sona stopped her story.

Dev ended his story by saying that the king took his control back and all the people ran away(my guess is in that story he was referring to the people who were doing bad things 😃) and the kind lived happily ever after.

Sonakshi ended at the point where she said the headmistress was punishing the wrong doer and said she herself did not like this.

It felt like a hint to the future where Dev takes back control and shows Vickky and maami their place while Sonakshi does not punish him for his mistakes. 😃

Shaavi. You reminded me of the Khargosh story. That time we all thought Dev will act against Ishwari; but nothing happened. What's your take on that?

Two things that striked me from yesterday's episode is:
1. Sona's surprised look when Ronita says Baba can still call Saurav football. It is his haq. Will Ronita play some part in Sona's realisation on where she went wrong in dealing with Ishwari?

2. Inspite of the pinky promise Dev had given Soha, he didn't pick the phone yesterday. Don't tell me the usual excuse of Dev can manage only one relation at a time. I think there is much more into it, especially since Soha thought she had some magical power with her hand to get connected with her Papa even when he was away; but it didn't work. I feel like it's a hint that in future if circumstances requires so, Dev will keep himself away from Soha. Though not shown to us, I think the talks he had with Baba and Sona's words that he can't see anyone's happiness would have for sure got registered in Dev's mind and waqt aane par he is going to use it to distant himself from his girls...😭😭😭
