Even if such kind of discussion happened also, going by Bijoy's nature it's easy and simple for him to think that dev said all big words before him and later he must have signed it. Since asha became mamaji v1.0, i don't think she must have denied this. The way how I can't expect any rational thinking from ishwari's side when it comes to Sona in the same way I can't expect the same from bijoy also. Honestly speaking Dev and Sona doesn't need any external enemies in their lives not even vikky and Mami till they have ishwari and bijoy in their lives.

i cent percent agree with u dear.

@ cscs
Yup... Agree... As Bijoy is best at this..

@ LiveLife321
Can't agree more... Nothing left..
These two have made their life vulnerable only coz if these two...
Gosh how did they live these 7 yrs... Their anger, hurt, disappointment and love is really their support of separation...
To which they survived for 7 long long yrs...

He is milder version of ishwari. If we remove asha from Bijoy's life then it won't take much time for bijoy to turn in to male version of ishwari because both are obsessed and biased with their kids.

@sunny, I don't think Dev is taking it too far with his taunts while handling ishwari. Let me share my thoughts on this. Ishwari is pro in emotional blackmailing department and it's her ultimate weapon for holding her control on Dev. Best example is all her past acts in season one where she used their past to push him in to guilt mode endless times without even understanding his pain and silent tears. She was always successful with her attempts because he gave that control to her and she enjoyed it and utilized it to the max extent.

Now he took back that control from her but still she is trying to gain back that control on him using the same weapon, it's just that arrow got changed, previously it's their past and her suffering but now it's Sona. He is repeatedly warning her not to bring Sona topic but her every topic motive is to present Sona in a bad light before him by pricking his raw wounds again and again. The only difference is, now he is giving it back with interest when ever she is trying her tricks on him. I am really not understanding what kind of sadistic pleasure this woman gets by seeing him in pain.

(my pov) sona should nt hv hidden this big reality frm dev... He always wanted a choti sona fr him.. So that his love gets divided to his daughter as well... He asked god to hv his sona a child... He asked first time..
And that is y... I wish when soha ka raaz khule.. At least dev says to sona one thing.. Ki bina baap ke aulad ko bada karna kya hota hai yeh woh nhi samjhegi as she nvr felt dat separation... It's not sadistic pleasure...she knows that she has wronged Dev...but she doesn't want to admit it...moreover what she wants to convey to him is she has always supported him/his decisions..and he and sonakshi are responsible for their current state and still she is worried about him where as sona is not...sona left him in dismay without even acknowledging his love...where as inspite of his negligence she is still with him and worried for him...for Ish it's been always 'she and her sacrifices'...more than his pain from the wounds she wants him to understand her feelings and how she is different from sonakshi...I couldn't control my self from hooting when he said your pblm is with sona not fulfilling her words or not dying...Dev S2 doesn't take his mom on face value he knows that she has played a big role in his strangled relationship with his wife...he is quite obvious in his responses also...hopefully he continues like that after knowing about Soha also which I doubt...

I agree with whatever you have said. This lady really has a superiority complex which makes her think that her love (obsessiveness) stood firmly with Dev whereas Sona's love could not even compel her to come back to Dev.Well that's her skewed thought process and it is obviously incorrect. My concern is that by continuously bad-mouthing Sona she is literally piercing Dev's wounds.Yesterday she showed that she was aware that Dev still isn't over Sona.If you want your son to move on,there are better ways for it..show him the positive side of things..by continuously badmouthing Sona she is literally killing him.

@gt2918 the more she passes snide comments she is falling down from the high pedestal where Dev has positioned her...its a revelation for him to that his mom is a normal SaaS with lots of insecurities and wicked feeling for her DIL( sorry I am not generalising, I know there are wonderful SaaS and have seen such relationship in my life)...I wish if Ish and Dev heard what GKB said yday to Vicky" that I don't act" ...GKB though she is evil she has only one face...where as Ish is the epitome of pretense and high level dramabaazi...she is a manipulator and always had hidden agendas and executes them well also...if you remember she supported neha's marriage because she doesn't want to oppose neha's decision again rather than believing in their love...when Neha returned home she doesn't ask her to go back...so "saath nibhana or jaan dena" sab only for DILs and not for daughters and sons...this woman would have got gold medals in somersaults and hypocrisy...she is one character with so many layers and the more we try to decode her the more we get agitated...

I consider Ishwari to be one of the best characters introduced in a TV show. Complicated, shrewd, smart, but projecting an aura of innocence! As a mother and MIL, her role has been written with a lot of insight and depth. TV shows normally show a mother to be loving and caring and then a transformation occurs when the beloved son brings in his beloved. Here, the same situation is shown differently. There are scenes where one needs to empathise with her, but last night's episode portrayed a cunningness, which was not visible earlier. Her choosing to check in on Dev was only to figure out, if Sonakshi had managed to make any impact in his life. Though she was forced to thank Sonakshi, her reaction and a casual approach would have made Ishwari's heart jump leaps and bounds.

I wonder how the Creatives would make her understand her flaws. Seven years and her son's directness has not worked any wonders. How will Ishwari realise her mistakes? Full marks to Supriya Pilgaonkar for portraying this character with a lot of finesse.
