When he asked if she never once thought of sharing their daughters news to him and she blurted out if he had ever looked for her I just lost it. This must have been eating at them. 😭
Her ego and pride, not letting him in matters of her family and her attempt to please everyone in his family at the cost of her self respect when all he wanted was her to be just the same and only be his wife was one of the reason behind their separation. He couldn't have made her see her fault clearer than that. Beautifully penned Divya 👏 She knew him. Even if it was difficult to trust his words, his feelings had always been genuine.

I think we all questioned when Dev never stood up for Sona. Sona also questioned Dev before her accident and knew what his stand was. So she knew what she was getting married into. It is no surprise. She only calling him spineless holding his collar didn't really cut it out where she was blaming Dev for everything. So yes she forgot about his feelings then. She needed to acknowledge that.

Fate snatched his father and now his chance to be a father too. Sigh...
Loved it that she was wary of taking Soha to his family. She didn't mince her words and was surprised by his immediate agreement. She doesn't know the equation between him and his mother

Even with all the hurt and betrayal from his mother, he still would not have left her. It must have been so hard for Ishwari to bare her heart when she never did that before. Her answers made him see how they wronged his sisters. But the master stroke was her acceptance that she thought she would get her son back once Sonakshi had kids. This made him see how much he failed to balance being a good brother and husband when he became a good son.
He couldn't even answer Ishwari when she asked him about his silence when others asked Sona to get out. Everyone opened their eyes to their part in all the heartache. It just twisted my heart when he said Maa you got your son and Sona got her daughter but I lost everything. Same thing Soha said

This just made me realise how right this break up was. It does justice to everything that have happened so far. Only if they had taken this logical route. But then it will finish in a week I guess. This was so brilliantly penned by both of you. It was like so many wishes coming true. Thank you.

I would comment on this. But will let Suvi respond. But yes Dev cannot only blame Ishwari or Sonakshi for the debacle. He was equally at fault.
