I think the slap issue did create a fear of loosing TRP , a nice romantic sequence will only increase the TRP...and balance it out...for the week...

This is my thought and I must say it is very intelligently as well as artistically worked out...so that it doesnt look out of place , they have beautifully acted ...so the actors also helped to achieve this...

Now coming to the fact , do I feel bad about the fact that they had to use this intimacy factor to balance the TRP or for marketing ...honestly no...towards the end of the day 1) they have to survive the commercial world ...2) its their story to tell so we cant say for sure that it is for TRP...they could counter and say no we had always planned it ...😆

Like they used the three initial promos to capture us and gave us the best 100 - 120 episodes ...with a lot of goodness and then it was a roller coaster...

PS:As far as the show coming to a close...well probably in another month of two max months is what I feel ...

The intimate scene only for showing sonakshi to be pregnant in future...

Not for trp but for story... I think

Because it's kto Color or starplus because from starting krpkab has constant trp so no use of trp here...

Yup, totally agree. Even more than knowing Dev, Mami sees through the shallowness of Dev and Ishwari's relationship while also perceiving that the two will do just about anything to maintain the facade of its depth and importance. When that facade is threatened, everyone becomes an outsider as the two of them try to repair the damage in any way possible. Mami takes advantage of this time and again by framing unrelated issues as threats to their relationship. As you said, Mamaji does his own damage by being an enabler of this double standard, and not being honest about the true relationship between Dev and Ishwari (WHERE HAS HE BEEN THOUGH?)

Then again, I think Mami is blind in her own way because she is incurably cynical and materialistic. Society didn't give her the advantage of education or means, and it saddled her with an indifferent and husband and a life she isn't satisfied with. Her scheming is the only opportunity she has to get her and Vicky closer to "happiness" which she equates with wealth. She is blind to any other motives people might have, and so I actually think she believes Saurabh asked for the money -- or if he didn't ask directly, Dev was manipulated into giving it to him in a subtler way. After, all she has pulled quite a few such heists in her day!

In her eyes, Dev is the cash cow and everyone is vying for his money, in competition with her. The more others succeed, the less there is for her. She felt this way about Sona even when she was the nutritionist, suspected that Sona was trying to seduce Dev, and Dev was falling for her charms. If Ishwari refused to see Dev as anything short of a demigod, incapable of human desire, RR refused to see him as anything more than an animal in heat. It's kind of like that poem about the elephant and the six blind men!

Sam... GKB is so smart... she knows exactly how to Istigate Ishwari... it's true ... influencing could be negative or positive right..

GKB knows what is Ishwari's weaknesses, she clouds her brain with negative thoughts making Ishwari feel like the victim every opportunity she gets! Such unhappy people destroy happiness around them!

Absolutely. She thinks Dev should only be spending every penny on vicky and then some more. She didn't stop till they got the same house, clothes, car and then a cabin just like Dev.

So the moment Dev gives money to anyone, whatever be the reason, she has a problem.

Mamaji is probably in the bhad. I asked him to go there:-D

Ishwari is a master manipulator. The way she was hallucinating today, anyone would fall for it. And then Dev knows what she is capable of.

Like mamiji said - there is a yuddh in the making.

One thing is for sure, if mamaji was around today the slap wouldn't have happened. He would have intervened. Dev and sonakshi were too engrossed in the whole thing to realise how loud each set of elders got.

I feel in any relationship if a 3rd person is able to create differences then the relationship is not strong to begin with.

Dev has this kind of relationships with both mom & wife esp ish. That's why Mami is able to put it under stress.

I don't see mamajis arrival as making any difference. He mostly tell half truths & sometimes he's scared of his sis.

Sona really needs to ask a few tough questions to dev which she has not done so far. The first time she herself detracted from her complaint by talking of decor & this time dev distracted her with sex.

I feel for dev. This character has been made to plumb the depths & I don't how he can be redeemed. All in all was a slap necessary he could have pushed or something. This otp drama is not sitting well with me.

Most definitely mamaji is useless. He just twists things in Ishwari's favour.

As for the slap, totally not needed. Like you said a push or something like that would have the same storyline. Anyways, let's wait for 2 episodes to see how Sonakshi responds and how Dev apologises. I suppose it's breakpoint now.

This is what I have been hammering on about sweetheart!!! Such an unnecessary act when a push and accidental falling back several steps could have easily done the job coz kwe know Bijoy and he would have reacted just as badly and it would still count as a major insult.

Sandy, I wanted to see the scene before commenting that's all. And even now, give it 2 more episodes. There may be a reason why such a strong act has been shown. Perhaps because sonakshi needs to be at a point of no return just like Dev was at that point the night of break-up. And also, it has to be something that jolts saurabh, Dadi and asha also
