Everyone has the right to present their opinion and the TM did without attacking any of the forum members here or using abusive words .Disgareeing is acceptable but it should be done within the limits else there will be no difference between people who are preaching and the TM.

Not just one thread there are many threads in this forum where people have crossed their limit and have got personal to support their favorite character .Some even crossed their limits and made comments agansit other's culture ,beliefs and food habits .It irks me so much to see such topics but that doesn't give me the right to behave like them .

Before you assume anything let me tell you ...I don't agree that only women should be taught on how to deal with in laws .It applies for both men and women .Treating others with respect is not gender specific .Dev might be my favorite character but I never supported him in this matter .

Forget being Dev or Sonakshi fan .I am a women first and it's disturbing to see a real women being attacked for a reel character .

P.S. I know I am talking against many people here .I might lose all my friends in the forum and might be boycotted.I had a choice to make whether to keep mum and be in others good books or stand up for the right thing .I have made my choices and ready to face the outcome.

Thank you Nitu for being upright, honest and fearless in making your point. I expected this only from you. Thanks again.

I agree names don't matter at all. It's completely alright for a person not to share the same addressing-name for both sides of the parents. But here the point was not how Dev calls Asha, but how he was totally alright in calling Asha as Maa earlier and how in a split of second he called that action as his mistake and like a coward took a step back đŸ‘ŽđŸŒ If your mother you predict would be hurt upon Sonakshi calling her aunty, Asha too would be sad.

And here one more point is, Ishwari has not even accepted 0.01% of Sona as her DIL/daughter (well daughters dont matter to her anyways), whereas Asha has 200% accepted Dev as her SILđŸ€— Out of all mommies, Asha doesn't deserve that.

Personal attacks are absolutely loathing and should be 0% encouraged đŸ˜”

When people share their personal stances on their personal issues on public forum, personal comments will be made. The thread maker made it personal by citing her personal accounts and her personal stand on gender related matters. And suddenly there is a backlash on others making personal comments.
Public platforms are two way streets. And controversial posts tend to draw strong opinions. Everyone has a right to express. Let us respect everyone's opinions.

Nitu, Agree with you. It is really sad to see people attacking others for reel characters. But why would you feel that you will lose your friends for speaking out. Don't they show you the mirror? Love you for this. 👏
