What we also need to remind ourselves is that while Dev needed a friend (and subconsciously wasyearning for one), Sona couldnt wait for her Mr right either (she chose the wrong guy or not is a different topic)... So they were both as bad as each other

Dev is really messing with my tolerance levels. I made a post few days ago - withthe example of the movie Baahubali. Dev is like the brother of baahubali - who only wants to reach the goal and doesnt really care how he gets there and how many innocent ppl he will kill on the way..but bahubali cares about saving innocents inaddition to reaching the goal.

After the last two days, i started questioning why dev married sona ? I can understand a husband behaving like this initially if it is an arranged marriage. But dev literally died to get sona back in him life or actually to stop sona from moving on.

We have seen dev as selfish person when his mom and family comes into picture right from episode 1. But I am disgusted by the only answer i could come up with when i question myself why did he need her so badly and why did he marry her??

As of now, all i have seen is him screaming at her when he doesnt like her opinion, disrespecting her family while teying to please his mom and ofcourse the very old not shutting up the taunts by gkb.

He cares for her and her family but is not consistent and even when he doesn't have to choose one over the other - he made a point to not consider their feelings as his and his moms rishtha is khaas ...and doesnt have to follow the norm

So for me Dev is the rootcause for all the problems - he reinforces ishwari's behaviour and insecurities by readily agreeing that he is the one who made a mistake and does exactly what ishwari wants...

This is very similar to giving in to the tantrums of a toddler. It is not going to help the kid (ishwari) and it is just going to make the life hell and stressful for the parent (dev)

I would really slap sona left and right if she stays quiet today .. To hell with that stupid jhoola , gets these other problems fixed first.

I usually watch this show along with my neighbour's SIL once we both are back from our work.

Few days back when there was scene going on when Ishwari was restless as Dev was in Bose house to bring Sona back and Dev was also seen restless as he forgot to personally inform his Mommy dear..His phone ran out of battery.. Even though he informed Neha

My neighbour's SIL got so much frustrated with restlessness of both Dev and Ishwari that she commented

" Jaa Bete ghus ja waapas Maa k pet me, you rightfully belong there"
