Trust me, I work the silent treatment too but over time, I have come to believe talking works better in the long run. Stay silent till you've calmed down enough to handle the situation but talking works better at least in our case (not arguing; one needs to back off in a fight coz two angry people can never resolve anything)

Look at bold in Senha's comment. I was reacting words like "isolation" and "don't care" . Did I interpret her comment wrong?

Hi, When it comes to resolving issues in any relation, there are no defined tried & tested methods. We just try something & adopt it based on its results. Some times my husband behaves and speaks unreasonable when he is messed up in his mind. At that point, there is no chance to have a sane conversation with him and also i am not ready to take his bullshit. So what i do is, I leave him like that for time being and carry on with my daily routine with my silence. As i said, my hubby can take my shouting but cant take my silence so he will understand that i am hurt and he is unreasonable in his act. This is my way of showing my hurt & telling him come back to me when you are ready to have a normal convo. I hope i made sense.😊

Before even they fell in love Dev couldn't see her angry / silent.
Why she has to tolerate all that?

But what I wanted to know is sona is not bothered about Mami 's taunts or what?
If somebody speaks to me like this, it won't take a minute to show them their place.
But again, in Mami's case she won't stop at any point.
Best to ignore her only.
But as audience we are getting irritated to see that.

Good to know that i haven't misinterpreted your point.

When it comes to GKB, I am actually ok with the way Dev and Sona handles her crap. Staying silent sometimes instead of making it bigger mess and giving it back to her at the right time and in right way. For ex, Sona's response to GKB taunts in her muh dikhai rasam.

Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Nice post as usual. This week's episodes have been amazing in every sense. Devakshi patch up was maturely handled and i am glad sona vented out whatever she wanted to. Also Dev was very calmly handling sona and the situation. It was so careless to roam around in the night.

Ishwari's concern was justified and no matter whatever people say anyone will be tensed learning that their kids are thrown out of the house late at night. I wonder if Ishwari would have done it then what would be the situation. And for a change she mentioned mere bachho ko bahar nikal diya for Devakshi two times. For Dev and Sona even i felt it was better to shut their mouths when elders are talking. Also Ishwari was not their at night so her concern was valid and she doesn't know that Devakshi had fun.

Dev- ishwari scene was nice and he actually shut her up for some time. If it works then we all are ready to send apple, oranges, grapes whatever she likes to keep her healthy with sealed mouth. 😆

And please don't stop posting your thoughts. Its okay if you don't make posts daily or even reply to everyone individually. But try and post whenever you get time.

Thats the beauty of that scene, CVs brought back her original insecurity masked with her concern for Dev. Dev successfully averted her drama's by stuffing apples for now😆.. But "Swing" will bring back that drama I guess..

From the segment we found Sona plays an important role in Ria accepting for her marriage, so I agree with you this will indeed spike Ishwari's insecurity😉

@bold: 🤣 that will be such comic relief for all of us😆

I have swinging opinion on this swing issue😆, so will wait till the episode airs as we don't know what Dev will hear from Ishwari and GKB before seeing Sona, though I feel he will diffuse the situation to an extend😉
