Neha wants to have every happiness, all the luxury, even love handed over to her on a silver platter without lifting a finger to deserve them. Why? Because she had a rough childhood. This sense of entitlement is really evident in pretty much every member of Dixit family.
Did she have a hard life as a child? Yes.
But that does not entitle her to make demands on her husband as she makes on her brother. She sacrificed for her brother but not for her husband.
She'd be the first to criticize if Sona leaves Dixit mansion in a huff when Ishwari is sick putting pressure on Dev to move away. Yet she did the same for Ranveer.
Ranveer took a decision in crisis to save his mother. She could have discussed about being included in that particular decision. But that was NOT the time to throw a tantrum.
Secondly, Ranveer did not run after Neha like Dev because he had a crisis at home. Would Dev run after Sona if Ishwari was in critical situation? Not the same situation at all.
Ranveer never claimed to be anyone but who he is - a middle class man who is not ambitious and is content with his life.
Whatever gave Neha the idea that one day he will be rich like Dev who is driven and ambitious is anyone's guess.
But she made some assumptions and when it didn't come true, she blamed Ranveer not reading her mind and making her dream come true.
At any point of time she could have told Ranveer that she wants to study and join Dev's business to fulfill her own ambition. I'd have blamed Ranveer if he had then refused to support his wife.
But he has always fulfilled his responsibilities as per his priorities. He took loan to buy an apartment to live separate from his family for his wife's happiness (which is more than Dev ever even considered even after watching Sona being insulted by his family). But when it came to his mother's health, that was a priority.
What kind of man would he be if he ran after Neha without considering his sick mother? Yet he made calls, texts and even came to see Neha with Sona only to get insulted and treated like unwanted pest.
Was he right for filling harassment case against Neha? No.
But let's not forget he was threatened by Dev to sic lawyers on him first and we yet don't know if Dev took away Ranveer's job first or Ranveer filled the harassment case first. So I will withhold my judgement on him until I find out.
However, considering Neha was effectively shut up by Ranveer's Bhabhi when she pointed out that they all know who is the actual problem here, it comes to mind that it was not Ranveer. Otherwise Neha is not the type of woman who can't answer back.
So whatever Neha faces now, will be her own doing aided by her mother and brother.
