"First step towards change is awareness and second is acceptance ..."
After watching the episode I was reminded of this quote ... I saw Sona and Ishwari who are very much aware of the changes but struggling hard to accept it , and then there is Dev who is unaware of the changes happening around him ...
Sona my dear , from being the super girl of your proud father to being called inadequate on your face ... I can understand , how hard it is ... She is hell bent on being a perfect bahu in the Dixit house ... But take some wisdom from Ishwari's words dear ,give it some time, you have "a forever " ahead of you... Till then don't try to step on the boundaries, which would only fuel Ishwari's insecurities ...
Ishwari !!!! Sometimes changes bring excruciating pain and you never know how to deal with it, make you behave in the least expected ways ... She was the queen of this kingdom and thanks to her son till now her power, authority reigned , and he let her enjoy his undivided devotion, and attention ... Till another Mrs.Dixit came along ... She is not the only one whom he wants to feed now ... His eyes are searching for someone else when he is saying good bye to her ... And sight of some one else make his face light up like fireworks , when mere her blessing used to do that to him ... He is trying to please someone else with gifts and love , when it was her , only her, who relished all this for a while ... She knew about the changed times , but is she ready to share her throne or fight back to mark her territory ??? Looks like she has some tricks left on her sleeves ...
Dev - He welcomed the new changes in his life but totally oblivious to impact of this changes in the lives of his loved ones ...I know now that Sonakshi is your wife you are on cloud nine and a bit desperate to make her yours , but slow down !!! Arent you the same man who in your inebriated state asked your mom , if she wanted to know whom he loved more , her or Sonakshi ... If you are really aware of that, be subtle man ... Try to be a bit discreet, and not overenthusiastic in front of your family esp your mom !!!
Bijoy - I was laughing hard when he yelled at Sona through the phone "don't change yourself according to their customes " when he heard she got up early for Pooja !!! May be he was not aware of it , but Asha also would have gone through the same , She didn't came to your life and announced "I am perfect , accept the way I am " , she also would have made the efforts to blend in with your family before she became the perfect wife, ,DIL ,and mother . And I loved how Asha explained how it would take time to adapt with new surroundings ... Yes your daughter is choosing a wrong way to do it , and she will soon realize it , but let her try ... Try to accept that your Sona is not your little daughter any more , she has a new family too now, let her live her life !!! As you told her once let her make mistakes and learn ...
Sometimes you just need to be with the change until you are ready to change or find the path ... Hope they realize it and give it some time ...
PS: TBH saddist in me is enjoying this new desperate Dev , confused Sona , and jealous Ishwari in this track !!! I know , I know I am in minority and you think I'm a bit crazy !!!
All those who are searching for new words to bash Ishwari , hold on , lambi saans lo ... its just a beginning don't pour in all your vocabulary now ...
