Anupamaa: Anupamaa faces new rival within the family

Star Plus’ Anupamaa is currently moving forward with two key storylines — the much-awaited dance face-off between Rahi and Anupama’s teams in the grand finale, and the wedding celebrations of Ansh and Prarthana. The dance competition comes with a big twist, as the losing team will have to apologise by touching their nose to the ground, making the rivalry even more intense. Meanwhile, the wedding festivities are in full swing, adding a cheerful vibe. But the mehendi and sangeet take a dramatic turn when Pakhi, Rahi, and Paritosh accuse Sarita of stealing Prarthana’s diamond necklace. Later, the truth is revealed and Sarita is proven innocent, but the false accusation angers Anupama, leading her to lash out at her children.

In the latest track of Anupamaa, the Raksha Bandhan celebrations continue. In the upcoming episode, the Dance Ranis will ask Anupama to sit on a chair so they can tie a rakhi to her. Preet calls her their elder sister, and Bharti explains that elder sisters are like brothers too, which is why they all want to tie a rakhi to her. Together, the Dance Ranis perform her aarti and take turns tying the rakhi.

Meanwhile, Rahi, Pari, and Mahi arrive to tie rakhi to Ansh. Rahi becomes upset and jealous watching the Dance Ranis tie rakhi to Anupama. After tying the rakhi, Preet asks for a promise in return, and Bharti tells Anupama to always stay with them and support them. Anupama, feeling happy, promises that no matter what happens, she will always be there for them. They share a warm group hug, leaving Rahi shocked.

Later, Anupama leaves to look for Bhavesh’s house. When she reaches his doorstep and rings the bell, she overhears his new wife angrily telling him that if he couldn’t afford to take care of a wife, then he shouldn’t have gotten married

Bhavesh opens the door, but before Anupama can walk away after hearing their conversation, he asks who is at the door. Anupama turns around with tears in her eyes, and the siblings share an emotional reunion. He invites her in, but his wife taunts her, remarking that she stayed away all this time and should have done the same now. She points out that they are struggling to manage even their own meals, so there’s nothing to offer her, leaving Anupama stunned to realise the hardships her brother is facing.
