@gemini
Dev as ghar Jamai of Boses is a soothing thought. Then we can sleep peacefully with a smile on our face like shaheer said in the beginning.

Yes, our dear Ishwari. I wonder if the excuse she keeps giving for all her misdeeds that she can do anything for her son's happiness is as fake as her goody-two-shoes facade.

How is Dev going to be happy when he finds out about her deception? How is betraying someone is ever for their own good?

Thanks to you, Gemini, Anna and a few more level headed people, I also get to vent out my frustration. Otherwise, I will honestly have no outlet and will stop watching the show.

Thanks Gemini I am loving your new found sarcasm too 🤪👏 Hope you keep it up always ⭐️👏 Helps in such depressing show which started off with such great promises and hopes and is now reduced to some crazy tracks 🥱

And your prediction of the story 🤣 I lost myself in the count of 'Dev worships Ishwari' 🤣 And yes, now he has got a colleague in fact 2 colleagues Sona and Asha 😃👏😆

@ Tia - Like Gemini said, your posts are like home for me in IF now 😆 I get to vent out my frustration so easily.. I know abt the easy solutions. But right now she is into another bubble-ride ----> 'I can do everything for my son's happiness' Bubble 😆 She has this urgent need to prove herself as the greatest mother of all. She doesn't mind if she compares herself with an innocent cow in one minute and the very next minute completely behaves like a fox to trick her grown-up son 😃 Whatever feeds her bubble to grow bigger 👏 After marriage, I can write and sign that let a small issue occur, Ishwari would be the first one to remind Sona that it's due to her, she is with Dev 😃😆 Earlier I used to feel bad for Sona, but even after knowing the reality she has chosen it for herself, so I am not at all gonna be sad for her anymore 😆 Her again and again trying to put the blame on Bijoy was really funny. Bijoy and Ishwari's subtle tashan is so enjoyable for me, the only man left in the show who reads through her dirty mind with zero error 😳

Food can be a very sensitive issue and I am not blaming Ishwari here. For a non vegetarian it is very Easy t to be magnanimous but for a vegetarian the sight or smell of non veg can be vomit inducing . They might not even like anyone touching them after eating non veg.

I am a punjabi and am supposed to eat non veg but my son can't tolerate the idea of killing and eating an animal and doesn't allow me also. I know plants have life and all but somethings are just a matter of personal thought process. Also it is perfectly possible for a non vegetarian to eat vegetarian but vice versa is just not possible.

Further in North India marriage is considered a yagna and hence non veg is not permitted. Even in Sikh weddings there is no non veg in the wedding function as marriage is done in gurdwara.

So even the theory of two halls is not tenable as for the Dixits the entire marriage process will be vitiated.

Saurabh and Elena are immature, Dev is bending over backwards to get in Bose good books but Bijoy and Asha were supposed to show some common sense and consideration. Bijoy is literally acting as insensitive as Ishwari.

I want to say something... Everyone has their religious beliefs...bengali people are non vegetarian that doesn't mean they are not religious..and Bijoy never said to keep chicken or mutton in menu he only said about fish items.. For vegetarians it may sound weird but fish is very auspicious for bengalis that's why basically ladki ki shadi mein only fish is allowed... Woh bhi agar koi mandir mein na ho toh!.. But aaj kal ladki ki shadi mein mutton, chicken items rakhna fashion ho gaya hai... I can understand Ishwari's problem but she also needs to understand that it's not about veg or non veg.. It's religious beliefs also.. That's why Dev said non veg is important in bengali marriage.. Fish shagun hota hai... Yaha tak dulhan jab pehli baar Sasural mein kadam rakhti hai toh uska sar fish se pehle touch hona hota hai...agar Ishwari ke liye shadi pavitra hai toh Bijoy ke liye bhi... If dixits are veg then the veg and non veg counters should be in different places far from one another .. I think that will be enough

I agree with Payal to some extent but I also support the idea of keeping both the options. Some things that I found totally irrelevant in yesterday's episode were:
A. Ishwari thinks nonveg food is a sin because Bose family asked them to keep it but would she mind if Dev agreed to keep nonveg for the sake of his business clients? As far as I remember, Dev has clients all over the world so he wouldn't it be weird to not invite them?

B. Ishwari asking forgiveness for nonveg food but not for the sins that she has been committing since forever. Hypocrisy much.

C. Just a bad stomach ache and immediate conclusion to infertility. Such doctors, much wow!

D. Dev sharing the news of Sona's infertility with his mother. Why? What's the need? Did he even ask Sonakshi if she's okay with sharing this?

E. Ishwari talking about Dev's kids. Isn't she the one who doesn't want Dev to take responsibility of kids if Devakshi get divorced? Then what kids? She already knows that they'll separate in future, why pretend like you care.

P.S.- I have a feeling that Dev won't share this infertility news with Sona. I hope he proves me wrong.

I know fish Is considered auspicious and is a part of the ceremony. It can be used only for the ceremonial purpose wherever necessary.

Not necessary to make the menu non veg. Doi machch and jhinga curry are only for taste. The religious part can't be compromised but the taste part can, right?

You're still not understanding what I'm trying to say!... Fish is important even it is only for taste!... Hamare yaha veg menu Kisike shradh mein hota hai. Shadi mein nehi... We can't even think a marriage without keeping fish in menu... Please try to understand..fish is very important in menu too... Even I don't like fish.. I can't even tolerate the smell of fish but in a marriage ceremony I've to tolerate that..
