Totally agree with TM that Sona has always been whole-heartedly giving her 100% in the relationship. . selflessly loving Dev.

I made a post that day that Sona needed this breakup as much as Dev did, for she was slowly letting go of her own identity to please Dev's family, inspite of being repeatedly taunted by Ishwari she kept going back to her, for Dev. Her family noticed the changes in her and though Bijoy overreacted a bit on the cooking scenario, it was very well justified because Sonakshi was trying to fit in a family where no one respects her for what she is.. and was self-doubting whether she was worthy enough to be Dev's spouse, which was the biggest concern for Bijoy.

Sonakshi has every right to move on with her life, marry whosoever she wants to. .and Dev can't question her. Because it was Dev who single-handedly took the decision to break up, even after Sonakshi's futile attempts to make him understand. Now, Why expect Sonakshi to wait for him her entire life?

She is heartbroken but she can't literally sit and wait for him to come back all her life, when he himself has ended everything, without giving her any hopes. He was totally inconsiderate of her feelings while breaking up. With his attitude right now, I don't see a considerable amount of redemption from his side atm.

First, he needs to know that He has hurt and disrespected Sona really bad, he needs to make up for it to win her trust back and then her love. And certainly, it is not a one day process.

That being said, I still believe it is a little unnatural for a girl so emotionally involved in a relationship as Sonakshi, to actually mingle with her new husband-to-be and try to bond with him in a week or so.

Mind you, I am not saying it is WRONG, I am saying it is unrealis tic. Even moving on takes time. . If you are so badly hurt.

But then, hopefully cvs will give us a minor leap maybe a week or 15 days maybe. . That will make it more realistic. Can't say until I see the episode.

And, I am still rooting for Devakshi anyway, Whatever Dev has done is pathetic, but there is no doubt that he loves Sonakshi a lot. He too is miserable because of his own actions and family but situations won't improve until he does something on his own. I want to see how he redeems himself, and I don't want this to be fast.

I simply dont want Ishwari to intervene in the reconciliation as the issues are clearly between Devakshi and not Ishwari- Sona, they are secondary.

This has been a long discussion I see. Lots of opinions... no surprise considering it is a sensitive and emotional topic.

Things will happen, and Dev and Sona will be together eventually. It may happen in many ways. The only way that I don't want it happening is another big stunt like the one Ishwari pulled. It took something this huge for Dev to leave Sona (even if it was impulsively). Another incident of this sort (maybe an accident or something) has the potential of rectifying all wrongs. The death scare can make people do weird things. But I truly hope the makers don't walk down that path although it is the easiest one. There has to be a proper walk of redemption for both Dev and Ishwari.

same here...i am yet to read all the posts...the few that i read i feel very proud to be associated with this show which inspires viewers to write such inspiring posts...whether i agree with everyone or not is secondary but the point is that after so long we hv got a show that is forcing us to get involved and discuss in a healthy manner...

I 200% agree with wat u said that both dev and sona needed a break from this relationship...if u ask me i will say dev needs a break from his own family too especially his mother nahiin to I fear he will soon die of suffocation by the way ishwari is behaving these days...her smug expressions r getting on my nerves...

even i was discussing with my cousin the other day that where has that tigress sona gone who used to defend her self-identity and self-respect from her boss...

sona going out of her way to talk to ishwari while dev's continous "my mom loves u and she wont deny me my happiness" was really becoming onerous on this relationship...

obviously his redemption shud be a long process and my only fear is that it is not too late...wat i hv learnt about dev from this 6 month old show...unlike sona he will never learn to move on in life with another girl...this is wat i feel...at least not till ishwari is alive...and if ishwari lives for 3 more decades then dev will hv to lead a loveless partnerless life...no...i am definitely not saying that sona shud come back for this reason...absolutely not...i am only stating dev's condition...

i dont deny at all that dev has any right to question sona if she moves on but wat i cant deny too that dev loves her...and i absolutely agree with u that sona cant get involved with another guy so soon...i hv repeatedly mentioned this point in all my posts...she has the right to move on but as u said it will be realistic if there is a substantial time gap between dev and ritvik...

@bold Ditto. Sona has every right to move on in life as Dev has completely removed her from his life and there is not a single ray of hope atm. But I agree on this part and as I said I strongly feel we may have a short leap. I also think it won't be that easy for Sona to move on given the fact how much she loved Dev. It is not wrong at all to move on but a person will take some time to come out of the emotional turmoil before trying to get into a new relationship. These segments have shown only a part of the story that too with masala. So we need to watch the episode first before commenting😊

Also agreed if Ishwari will be behind their reconciliation that will be a big failure. As you said issues are between Dev and Sonakshi and they themselves need to sort them out and find a way to be back together. Dev has to play a 90% role in this. If he makes efforts to fight for Sona , it is worthy for Sona to wait/fight for him. She can't fight this battle alone.

Yes! So true, Sonakshi can't fight for this alone. . How amazing it will be na, to see a Dev gradually winning Sonakshi's trust back, deciding to go ahead with it inspite of Ishwari's resentment. . And them, together trying to deal with Ishwari's sentiments together.

It would all be a waste if it is Ishwari who sees a Dev in bad state and says. . "Ja Beta, jee le apni zindagi"😳😆
