Regarding Sona, I feel she is right when Dev was not mentioning about her to Ishwari. She wants the permanency of their relationship not a casual relationship. she has gone through a lot when Dev was unwell. I can understand why isnt she telling her parents only if she discloses, they would want her to get married immediately and if Dev deny the relationship. her parents would be hurt and sad why did she fall for a rich man.

You are so right about Iswari. throwing tantrums doesn't prove that she is right and she has to keep ego. Every mother would ask upfront whether the son or daughter has anybody in their lives. and they would support them. Do you think after marriage, Would Dev share all the bedroom secrets with his mother? If she doesn't like Sona, she should disclose it . I would hate her if she chooses tactics to prove that Sona is the wrong person in his life.

Indeed he was a punching bag. he became sandwich between two ladies of his life.

Brilliant 👏

It is very easy to blame him for hesitating to open up but I don't think he should be blamed for it not at least today . Poor guy was sick and just got fine , here his dearest matha is really with her drama . She's not leaving a single chance to throw it on his face. I really pity this poor guy , he 247 thinks about his maa and her well being but matha is in for her ego fight .

Her brother is explaining her to give him sometime or better go and talk it out if you can't hold it but no her ego is so big that it shadows everything, even her so called love for her son . If anyone is to be blamed then it's one and only ishwari mathaji.

Well said !! "Preaching is much easier than practising " -the saying is apt for Ishwari. She is taking big big examples and preaching long long lectures but see her harshness towards her very own son 😡

Count me in..I just wanted to give him a hug..poor Dev. 😭 He just recovered from fever and has to bear all this pain. Ishwari was really very hard with him and for the first time. He badly needed Sona that time. The expressions on his face in the last shot and his body language were so painful. He didn't know what to do now.
Sona is right in her own place. Ishwari's rude behaviour is making her impatient. That girl is not at fault. I am feeling equally bad for both of them. Agree that she could have tried to understand him a little but I don't blame her.
Sona thinks if she tells Dev about Ishu Maa's rude behavior with her, he will feel bad. That is the reason she is not opening up on that part. But Sona dear if you don't tell him, how on earth he gonna come to know what's happening between you and his mom.

Ishwari can't think beyond herself. She is not at all concerned about her son's happiness. Only I , me and myself 😡

It was a very emotional and heart wrenching episode.

I agree totally with your point. Ishwari, I can relate to her. I have such situations at home with my mom. When she feels she can't outright tell me, I'm wrong, she works to her bone and lies down all tired. Makes me feel guilty like hell. But the plus point is, she will calm down immediately and is open to discussing. Within the same day as she hates taking anger to bed.

In this serial, all 3 main leads portrayed their characters well. Can't blame anyone. Super characterization and the kudos goes to CVs and director for coming up with this plot. Even Ishwari was unhappy at upsetting Dev and to a certain extend Sona. The only annoying bit was KB Radha Rani. Mamaji, I love this guy. He is the sane voice of the family.

When a child reaches certain age, you need to behave more like s friend than a proprietor. Ishwari is hurting Dev in her endovour to make him soley hers. No man is an island. Being an island is being alone. She will lose him faster

Sona's mistake is she is hiding what goes on when Dev is not at home. The way Ishwari has started behaving with her, she must tell Dev. If not yes it does feel like she is pushing Dev for less probable reasons. But then she is suppoed to be the understanding GF/future DIL who has to bridge the gap and not widen the gap between son and mother, may be that means she might have to sacrifice her self-respect on the way. Is that really necessary, to this extent, I don't think so.

Dev oh ya, he is hell confused and hesitant because he didn't think about himself all his life, can understand his position.

Ishwari, the less said, better. She is a bad mother, period. She is making Dev feel guilty of things he may not have done intentionally. She is behaving bad very bad with Sona, someone who is taking care of her health. she chooses to remain quite and create havoc. I say, for Ishwari Mami is good, she sits, demands, eats without putting any effort in asking Ishwari If she needs any help. Actually that's the proper way to deal with someone like Ishwari. If you don't wanna listen, understand, go to hell.

I don't know how it will appear when Sona starts listing out things happening to her through Ishwari and Radharani.. It will be like she's complaining and cribbing... She hasn't started thinking on her own about Ishwari's behaviors.. If only she can put some of her own thought process..It aappears that she's just coming into the Dixits'House without any proper agenda and only to get taunted day in and out.. Why isn't she even thinking?!! 🥱

Exactly.. Radharani appears to be the smart one here.. Anyway she knows that Ishwari isn't gonna listen to her.. Why take the trouble.. Just sit and entertain her... 😆

True . She's full of herself , selfish and self centered. U know if she's in secured for her unmarried daughters thinking what if sona might not let dev full fill his duties for his sisters . Since he's the provider and they are financiallydependent on him then I would have sympathise with her . But no , not even for a nano second she thought about her daughters or their future. All she's concerned about was her own self . I don't know if I can say this but ishwari is an example for us to learn what a mother should never be like.
